Last appointments

• The schedule of the next day will be advertised at the lobby of the hotel

• The mentioned hour on that advertisment is the only valid hour (last minute changes are possible)

• Before going to bed, always check the infomation desk• Meeting hour in the morning is the hour to depart for the

activity. Take your breakfast if necessary in advance.

Let’s go party

• Always have the address of the hotel with you. You will find address cards with Chinese and English text at the reception of the hotel. They are also written in the red booklet.

• Always have a minimum amount of money with you to be able to pay a taxi trip (min. 50 RMB).

• During the day warm during the evening cold (< 5°C). Even after a nice day.

• In Beijing is the air dry. Drink at regural time some water to avoid a sore throat.

Practical tips

• Money can be changed at the airport and in bank offices• Do not change to much money at once• Save your money at a safe place• Do not leave your money visible in your room – also for

valuable stuff• Leave your passport at your hotel room and have always

a copy of your passport with you• You need your real passport for changing money• Changing money on street = lower rate but absolutly fake

money• In case of emergency always contact Stijn or Yves

• GSM• Sim = +/- 60 RMB

• Upgrade = 100RMB

• Do not use Belgium SIM, very expensive

• All coordinators does have a Chinese number• Internet bars are everywhere• Internet is available in our hotels, portable can be used to

send emails
