Some of the items will be part of a silent auction that will

take place throught the evening. Pieces of paper will be

next to particular items displayed in the Milton rooms and

you simply write the highest amount you would like to pay

for that item on the relevant sheet. The sheets of paper will

be collected at 8.30pm and the highest bidder on the

sheet will win the item!

The Charlie Mortimer Fund is based near Malton

and aims to support parents bereaved of their

children, families living with MCADD and the

Paediatric Intensive Care Unit in the LGI. To read

The charity was founded followingthe sudden and unexpected loss of

Charlie due to MCADD in 2009.

We strive to ensure that Charlies

short life continues to have a

positive effect on many people.

We have raised in excess of

38,000! Our aim for the auction is to:

1: Fund a day for bereaved parents in York in

2014 (Care for the family).

2: Fund an MCADD conference in Yorkshire

(CLIMB)

3: Purchase much needed sensory equipment

for the critically ill children and babies on theLGI PICU.
