DC CHAMBER FoundationThe Douglas County Chamber Foundation houses the multiple leadership development programs of the Chamber including Leadership Douglas, Youth Leadership Douglas, Young Professionals Connection, and the Foundation Leadership Scholarship. The Chamber’s Youth Leadership Douglas Program kicked off their Fall Program in August with a teambuilding retreat at Hunter Park and also held a Young Professionals Day in which they learned skills to prepare them for their future.

Youth Leadership Douglas gives high school juniors the opportu-nity to acquire and broaden their knowledge of not only social & business etiquette but also of local government, business and civic activities through a five month leadership program.
