Managed daily office procedures, tasks and finances, field technicians, scheduling of elevator service, repair, modernization and installation. Prepared monthly financial statements, weekly job costing, and status reports; monitored timely billing and collection of accounts receivable, and ensured that projects were invoiced and paid to 90% before elevator turnover. Experienced in reviewing project specifications and communicating with clients regarding clarifications and/or alternate recommendations; developed realistic project financial estimates in coordination with field technicians, vendors and subcontractors to establish contracts with financial accuracy; prepared all repair/change order paperwork and forwarded same to the customer in a timely manner; followed up and received signed repair/change orders from the customer prior to any related work being completed. Ordered elevator equipment and materials and obtained estimated lead times and delivery dates; and facilitated efficient coordination of delivery staff to ensure timely delivery of equipment to the field staff.
