Founded in 1994 by Director Kerri Anthon, BCsystems is a trusted strata management company managing a diverse portfolio of strata title developments.
With a growing trend in community living,
strata management and consultancy services
are in demand. Today, BCsystems remains
privately owned and operated, with an expert
team of strata managers and consultants on
staff. BCsystems is now an established force
within the industry.

Community Australia (QLD), the peak industry
body for Body Corporate and Community
Management, of which Kerri Anthon is a Fellow

Our core business is ensuring that our strata communities comply with the complex legislation that governs community title schemes whilst assisting all stakeholders in making informed decisions that are in the best interests of all.
We pride ourselves on a unique personalised approach by assigning a
strata manager and assistant team to each respective scheme. Each
strata manager and assistant is supported by our in-house administrative,
accounts, levies and arrears and insurance support teams who collectively
provide the following services:
Secretarial Duties
• Convene and attend committee and general meetings
• Prepare and distribute meeting notices and minutes
• Co-ordinate and manage communication and correspondence
• Assist with approval requests
Treasury Duties• Maintain financial records
• Prepare draft budgets each financial year
• Issue and receive contributions
• Process and pay accounts
Administrative Duties• Establish and maintain roll and records
• Obtain insurance quotations, lodge and manage insurance claims
• Ensure legislative compliance

Our comprehensive strata consultancy service provides sound, considered advice and direction to our clients about titling arrangements and scheme structure.
This is to ensure that all stakeholders’ interests are protected while
delivering the most effective and efficient on-going management.
We also assist with the preparation of all documents required to

BCsystems understands the importance of implementing
quality assurance systems to maintain exceptional
client services:

• All individual strata managers’ respective portfolios are
reviewed on a regular basis
