Our contract and permanent recruitment teams work hand in hand globally to ensure a seamless service offering and we can establish a dedicated account team when you have on-going or major recruitment requirements.

All our consultants specialise in both an industry and a geographical location to ensure that they have genuine knowledge of the talent pool in that area and are skilled at both local talent searching and expatriate resourcing when talent needs to be sourced from further afield.

We recognise the need for a consistently high level of supply of personnel and understand that in recent years the talent pool of industry experts has reduced. Our recruiters therefore place a high priority on maintaining close contact with industry specialists.

Internationally Networked Database, Creation of Talent Pools & Talent Mapping: Our database has approx. 275,000 pre-qualified and referenced candidates.

Job Boards: All vacancies are advertised on the WRS website and on applicable industry and generic professional job boards, giving us access to over 1 million+ candidates worldwide.

Recommendation and Referrals: We often source candidates through recommendation and referral from our contractors, candidates and industry contacts.

Social Networking: WRS utilises LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Premium, Twitter and Facebook to interact with candidates globally. These tools act as an extension to our own database, allowing us to contact passive candidates.

Direct Marketing & Media Advertising: We are able to source candidates by way of targeted advertising campaigns. This acts as an additional tool in the sourcing of candidates for requirements as each candidate is targeted specifically because they are relevant to the vacancy. Targeted and specific advertising across a range of on- and offline media can be undertaken.

Contract RecruitmentWe are renowned globally for our timely attitude to resourcing and filling highly specific technical contract roles across every continent. We understand that your contractors are key to your projects’ success, and can often mean the realisation of your organisations’ goals and future plans.

We provide a full mobilisation service for contractors and we stay in regular contact with our contracted staff throughout the duration of the project, right through to redeployment.

We will only shortlist contract employees who are fully capable and available to work. All candidates are interviewed and reference-checked by us before they are put into contact with our clients, which means less time interviewing potential employees who are unsuitable for the project in question. Through our Global Mobility service we are able to ensure a smooth transition into work, managing all of the travel, visa, work permit, insurance and other demands to be dealt with prior to the contractor’s deployment.

We have a huge bank of existing, talented and well-qualified contractors with whom we have worked on projects in the past. This means we are often able to immediately fill positions as they arise, utilising our own database and professional networks.

Global MobilityOur Global Mobility team provide an end-to-end service. We ensure that your contractors’ travel is seamless, from the moment their journey begins to their return home, meaning that you don’t need to get involved in the process of getting them to site. We provide our contractors with the best accommodation to ensure that they feel at home straight away and are ready to start work.

Travel: The WRS Global Mobility team provides everything to get the contractor to you, from ‘meet and greet’ services and local accommodation to their return flights at the end of their deployment. We partner with established and trusted companies to ensure fulfilment of local requirements, so you needn’t worry about contractors settling into the local lifestyle.

Safety and Security: Our contractors’ safety and comfort are our primary concern. We ensure they have access to the best available accommodation, medical assistance and security to keep them healthy, happy and fit for work.

Visas: Our extensive experience in processing visa applications means that we will manage all requirements in the country of your operation. Our presence worldwide ensures that your contract workers receive everything they need, on time, every time.

Pre-employment Checks: We’ll arrange all the background checks and medical examinations to make sure that your workers are ready to do what they are there to do.

Medical and Travel Insurance: WRS offer comprehensive insurance solutions to meet the individual needs of contractors in all eventualities; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our schemes provide for emergency evacuation, medical repatriation, hospitalisation, kidnap and ransom, personal accident, professional indemnity and employers’ liability. If you need anything else arranging, ask a member of the team.

Local Compliance: Our in-country partners deliver specialist tax advice. They are on hand to explain the local taxation systems and discuss the most effective solutions for each contractor, based on their individual work schedule.

Managed ServicesWRS offer our clients fully bespoke, unique and tailored managed services whereby all of your recruitment needs for a specific project or location will be outsourced to us. This can either manifest itself in outsourcing your contract workforce, permanent recruitment process or a combination of the two (fully integrated RPO).

Contract Workforce Solutions: WRS provide a range of mobilisation services alongside safety, compliance and risk management. When you assign WRS to provide all of your contract workforce, you will have the options to bring WRS staff into your office to manage the whole process, and will choose to operate their service under either your own or the WRS brand. The benefits of this approach include cost savings, time-to-hire reductions and shared risk, as well as the expertise and passion we can bring to your business operation.
