2 NEW CANTERBURY ROAD BETWEEN DUNTROON STREET AND DUNSTAFFENAGE STREET, HURLSTONE PARK - PROPOSED TEMPORARY LANE CLOSURE FOR GREEK EASTER PROCESSION 2016

FILE NO: 634-6 (e)

Summary:

Correspondence has been received from the Parish Priest of St Stephanos Greek Orthodox Parish, Hurlstone Park requesting a temporary lane closure on New Canterbury Road (westbound) between Duntroon and Dunstaffenage Streets on 29 April and Saturday 30 April 2016 to Sunday 1 May 2016 for the purpose of religious services.

A Traffic Management plan and a Certificate of Currency for $20m Public Liability has been submitted to the Roads and Maritime Services and Council.

No objections are raised to the temporary westbound lane closure of New Canterbury Road between Duntroon and Dunstaffenage Streets for religious services, on the dates and times specified in the report, subject to conditions and RMS approval.

City Plan and Budget Implications:

This report has no implications for the Budget. It supports our Community Strategic Plan long term goal of Transport Alternatives That Work.

Report:

Correspondence has been received from the Parish Priest of St Stephanos Greek Orthodox Parish Hurlstone Park, in the following terms:

“As per council requirement, I am writing to you to ask for your assistance during our Good Friday and Easter Saturday Celebrations, which this year fall on Friday 29th April through to Sunday 1st May 2016. Under the direction of Ashfield Police Station we have to block a portion of New Canterbury Road in front of Church, from 648 New Canterbury Road to 654 New Canterbury Road Hurlstone Park. We anticipate between 3500-4500 parishioners to attend these services. On Friday 29 April 2016, the Good Friday service commences at 7 p.m. The Good Friday procession will leave the church at 9pm and turn left into Dunstaffenage St. The procession will proceed along Dunstaffenage and turn left into Crinan Street and left again into Fernhill Street. Finally we will turn left into Pearce Lane and the back of the church at approximately 10pm. On Saturday 30 April 2016, again under the guidance of Ashfield Police Station we will block the same portion of New Canterbury Road as mentioned above for our Easter Saturday Service. This service will commence at 11pm and conclude at 12.30am on Sunday 1 May 2016.

NEW CANTERBURY ROAD BETWEEN DUNTROON STREET AND DUNSTAFFENAGE STREET, HURLSTONE PARK - PROPOSED TEMPORARY LANE CLOSURE FOR GREEK EASTER PROCESSION 2016 (CONT.)

Page 5

As in previous years, we will require 60 barricades, 40 pairs of stands and 10 flashing night lights. We ask that these items are delivered to the above address by Wednesday 27th April 2016 and be picked up on Monday 3rd May 2016. I have enclosed our Public Liability Certificate as requested. Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me. On behalf of our Management Committee, I would like to thank you for your assistance in this matter”.

Road Hierarchy New Canterbury Road is a State Road. Proposed Closures The days and time of the proposed road closure are as follows: Good Friday - 29 April 2016 8.45 pm to 10.30 pm Easter Saturday - 30 April 2016 – 1 May 2016 10.30 pm to 1.00 am Comments Police from Ashfield Local Command have assisted with the partial road closure in the

past. A Traffic Management Plan and a Certificate of Currency for $20m (public liability) needs to be submitted to RMS in support of this request.

On Friday evening (29 April 2016) the westbound laneway in New Canterbury Road between Duntroon and Dunstaffenage Streets, is used for liturgical procession of a large number of people (approximately 2500-3500 parishioners), which leaves the church about 8.45 pm, circles the block and concludes by 10.30 pm. New Canterbury Road is a clearway until 7.00 pm on a Friday evening and the westbound lane needs to be closed from 7.00 pm to prevent parking.

This section of New Canterbury Road will also be closed on Easter Saturday evening 30 April 2016 (10.30 pm to 1.00 am) to cater for crowds attending the midnight service.

New Canterbury Road is a State Road and the RMS would need to approve the partial road closure.

No objection is raised to the temporary lane closure in New Canterbury Road, however, due to the number of barricades required at other churches and work sites over the Greek Easter, we do not have sufficient stock to provide 60 barricades, 40 stands and 10 flashing lights as the parish has requested.

Given that it will be necessary for us to hire the equipment to effect closures and then supply them to church; it would be easier for the church to hire them directly from suppliers.

RECOMMENDATION:

Canterbury-Hurlstone Park RSL Club

Friday 25 April 2016

No road closures. (A ceremony will be conducted within the Club Carpark.)

Comments The RSL Clubs have been advised that we require evidence of public liability insurance cover to the value of $20 million. A copy of the Certificate of Currency must be forwarded to us identifying Council, the RMS and NSW Police as interested parties, prior to the event. A Schedule 1 application under the Summary Offences Act (to conduct a public assembly) and evidence of public liability insurance must also be forwarded to the NSW Police Service prior to the event. Where any state road is affected the RMS must also be listed as an interested party and evidence of the public liability insurance faxed to the Authority. The Anzac Marches will be controlled by the police and most of the road “closures” requested are rolling parades rather than closures requiring the diverting of traffic, which will only delay traffic for a short period.

RECOMMENDATION:

THAT 1. Subject to the Clubs providing evidence of public liability insurance to the satisfaction

of the interested parties and complying with the RMS and Police requirements, the temporary road closures required to hold the Anzac Day Marches and Dawn Services on the days and times stipulated in the report, be approved.

2. The General Manager of the Canterbury-Hurlstone Park RSL be advised of the need to submit a request for the road closures in the Ashfield Municipality to the Ashfield Council for approval.

3. The Clubs being advised of the decision.

4 BEAMISH STREET, CAMPSIE - TEMPORARY CLOSURE FOR CAMPSIE FOOD FESTIVAL SATURDAY 28 MAY 2016

FILE NO: A-128-3 14

Summary:

The Campsie Food Festival Organising Committee is seeking approval for Beamish Street to be closed between South Parade and Evaline Street to permit the celebration of the Campsie Food Festival on Saturday 28 May 2016.

As in previous years the festival will be held between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm. It is recommended that the temporary closure of Beamish Street, between Evaline

Street and South Parade; Amy Street at Amy Lane; Lillian Lane at Dewar Street and the partial closure of Anzac Square for the purpose of holding the Campsie Food Festival, on Saturday 28 May 2016 from 4.00 am to 10.00 pm, be approved subject to conditions.

City Plan and Budget Implications:

Funding has been approved for the festival as part of the 2015/2016 Budget. This report has no implications for the Budget. It supports our Community Strategic Plan long term goal of Transport Alternatives That Work.

Report:

The proposed date for this year’s Campsie Food Festival is Saturday 28 May 2016. The aim of the Festival is to promote our City, our cultural diversity, local businesses and the variety of cuisines and produce available in Campsie, one of our most vibrant and diverse Town Centres. Local businesses, community organisations and Council support the festival, which incorporates numerous food, retail and information stalls, street theatre, multicultural entertainment, cooking demonstrations and amusement rides. Road Hierarchy Beamish Street is a regional road. Public Transport Beamish Street is a bus route for the STA, the Metro Bus and the Punchbowl Bus Company. Comments The festival, which is held in Beamish Street between Evaline Street and South Parade, also incorporates Anzac Mall and attracts huge crowds in excess of 15,000 people. It receives positive feedback from the community, particularly the local businesses. Beamish Street will need to be temporarily closed between South Parade and Evaline Street from as early as 4.00 am and re-opened by 10.00 pm. Amy Street is also proposed to be closed at Amy Lane, Lillian Lane at Dewar Street and Anzac Square is also required to be partially closed. Transport for NSW also require the submission of a Traffic Management Plan assessing the impact of any closure on traffic flow, local residents, businesses and public transport. A Traffic Management Plan and Application for Road Occupancy License is presently being prepared for submission to the Traffic Management Centre.

Page 11: Canterbury Traffic Committee Meetings/www...The Canterbury Traffic Committee is constituted in accordance with a resolution of the Council and under the provisions of the Transport

TRAFFIC COMMITTEE 4 APRIL 2016

BEAMISH STREET, CAMPSIE - TEMPORARY CLOSURE FOR CAMPSIE FOOD FESTIVAL SATURDAY 28 MAY 2016 (CONT.)

Page 11

The attendance of large crowds necessitates the provision of marshals to control traffic and pedestrians. In this respect, the agreement and support of the Police Traffic Services Branch in managing the road closures and detours during the event is important. A copy of the Traffic Management Plan for the temporary closures of Beamish Street, Amy Street, Lillian Lane and Anzac Square is included in the report.

RECOMMENDATION:

THAT 1. The temporary closure of Beamish Street, between Evaline Street and South Parade;

Amy Street at Amy Lane; Lillian Lane at Dewar Street and the partial closure of Anzac Square on Saturday 28 May 2016, from 4.00 am to 10.00 pm, be approved subject to: 1.1 The Festival Organising Committee advertising the event, the temporary road

closures and detours in the local media. 1.2 The Festival Organising Committee advising all businesses affected by the road

closures via letterbox drop a week prior to the event. 1.3 Advance signage (VMS) being installed at appropriate locations to advise

motorists, pedestrians and other road users of the road closures and detours. 1.4 The Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance and State Emergency Service being

advised of the temporary road closures and contact details in case of an emergency.

1.5 The State Transit Authority of NSW be advised of the temporary road closure. 1.6 Adequate traffic arrangements being initiated and adhered to and appropriate

marshals provided to control the event. 2. A Traffic Management Plan and Application for Road Occupancy License be

submitted to Traffic Management Centre for approval prior to the event.

5 FORSYTH STREET, KINGSGROVE - PETITION FOR TRAFFIC CALMING DEVICES

FILE NO: 340-6 (e)

Summary:

A petition signed by 12 residents of Forsyth Street, Kingsgrove, has been received raising concerns regarding speed and anti-social driving activities in the street. They have suggested that traffic control devices, speed cameras and a roundabout be constructed at the intersection of Forsyth and Roy Streets.

A Traffic Volume and Speed Survey was carried out in Forsyth Street in February 2016. This revealed a traffic volume of 6477 veh/day and an 85th percentile speed of 57 km/h, which is above the legal limit.

The recorded accident history available has been examined and details are provided in the report.

It is recommended that speed humps, speed cameras and a roundabout not be installed in Forsyth Street and that the matter of speeding be referred to the Police for appropriate action.

Council Delivery Program and Budget Implications:

This report has no implications for the Budget. It supports our Community Strategic Plan long term goal of Transport Alternatives.

Report:

Correspondence in a form of a petition has been received, signed by 12 residents of Forsyth Street in the following terms:

“Cars speeding on Forsyth Street between Robert Street and Kingsgrove Road. This occurs at all hours of the day. This poses serious risks to the residents of the street, as evidenced by an accident which occurred on Thursday 2 July 2015 when in the early evening a Ute careered out of control destroying a telegraph pole and ending up smashed into a tree. Requests from the residents of the street: Canterbury Council installs a speed limiting devices on this section of Forsyth Street to slow down the traffic for the protection of residents. The below signatures are from residents of Forsyth Street (12 signatures provided).”

Correspondence was also received from the head petitioner in the following terms:

I live on a section of Forsyth Street where cars constantly speed and there have been numerous accidents as a result. I have a petition which the majority of residents in this section of the street have signed, asking Council to put speed limiting devices it deems appropriate to ensure the residents are kept safe. We have suggested speed cameras or speed humps, but another roundabout where Forsyth Street meets Roy Street may also be effective. The signed petition is attached, I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Accident History- 5 Year Period (July 2009 – June 2014) There have been a total of 11 accidents reported in the street and they are as follows: Forsyth Street at Kingsgrove Road 5 Existing Traffic Signals Forsyth Street at Roy Street 2 Intersection Forsyth Street at Ada Street 1 Intersection Pedestrian Forsyth Street at Chapel Street 1 Intersection (Roundabout) Forsyth Street 2 Mid-block accidents Total 11 Details of Mid-block Accidents 1. A rear end accident occurred in Forsyth Street 60m east of Chapel Street. 2. Off-path accident occurred in Forsyth Street near property number 38, both vehicles

were travelling east. Comments The 85th percentile speed of 57km/h in Forsyth Street between Roy Street and Kingsgrove Road is higher than the 50km/h legal speed. There have been two mid-block accidents recorded in Forsyth Street in which one was a rear end accident and the other an off-path type accident which could have been speed related. The 85th percentile speed of 57.0 km/hr and two mid-block accidents in Forsyth Street in the last 5 year period July 2009 to June 2014 do not warrant the installation of traffic calming devices in the street at this stage.

RECOMMENDATION:

THAT 1. Speed humps not be installed in Forsyth Street, Kingsgrove, at this time. 2. The Police be requested to monitor activities in the street and infringe those who

exceed the speed limit. 3. The head petitioner be advised of the decision.

6 ALFRED STREET (BETWEEN HARP STREET AND JARRETT STREET), CLEMTON PARK - PUBLIC CONSULTATION SUMMARY

FILE NO: 12-6 (e)

Summary:

As part of the approval process for the Development Application for the re-development of the old Sunbeam site, the Traffic Committee on the 3 September 2012 considered a Traffic and Parking Study prepared by the Traffic Consultant TRAFFIX on behalf of the Applicant. The Committee recommended that the applicant implement the traffic calming scheme proposed for Alfred Street to address future on-street parking and traffic flow issues and the Applicant submit a Traffic Management Plan to the RMS to designate Alfred Street as a light traffic thoroughfare street.

The Traffic committee at its meeting on 4 May 2015 considered a report concerning traffic congestion due to vehicles parking on both sides of the narrow street (8.4 m wide) and the committee recommended that a “No Parking” Zone (7.00 am to 5.00 pm) Monday to Friday, be installed on the eastern side of Alfred Street, between Harp Street and Jarrett Street, to address the traffic congestion issues in the street.

The Traffic Committee at its meeting on 12 October 2015 considered the concept plan, provided by the Applicant, for the proposed traffic calming scheme for Alfred Street and noted a modification to the footpath on the east side of Alfred Street, where a culvert is located.

The Applicant’s concept plan for the proposed traffic calming scheme and proposal to widen the footpath by 1.4m and to alter the existing fence to allow for safe pedestrian access was approved by the Traffic Committee subject to the Applicant consulting with all affected residents prior to implementation of the traffic calming scheme in Alfred Street and the results of the public consultation be provided to the Traffic Committee for their consideration.

A roundabout at the intersection of Harp Street and Alfred Street was completed by the Applicant in December 2014 and the next stage of the traffic improvement scheme Street included changes to on-street parking and implementing a light traffic street in Alfred Street between Harp Street and Jarrett Street. The Applicant has submitted a TMP for Alfred Street to be designated as a light traffic street.

A door knock was carried out by Frasers Property Group on the 5 February 2016, covering both sides of Alfred Street. A letter outlining the proposal and providing information about how to provide feedback was left for residents who were not home.

A consultation summary detailing all feedback received has been provided by the Applicant and the results of the consultation have been tabulated in the report.

It is recommended that the proposal by the Applicant to provide blister islands defining alternative parking bays for one-side of the street creating an off-set travel path, as shown in the concept plan provided separately be approved. It is also recommended that the TMP submitted by the Applicant to designate Alfred Street (Harp Street to William Street) as a light traffic thoroughfare be forwarded to the RMS for approval.

The Proposed Changes Limited on-street parking on the eastern side of Alfred Street in eight new parking

bays. Limited on-street parking on the western side of Alfred Street in five new parking

bays. Widening the footpath adjacent to the culvert. Limits to the size of trucks permitted to use Alfred Street. Road Hierarchy Alfred Street is classified as a local road with a carriage width of 8.4 m (between Harp Street and Jarrett Street). Traffic Management Plan for Light Traffic Street The Development Application Conditions include the designation of Alfred Street as a light traffic street to prevent trucks from using the narrow street as a bypass route. This requires the Applicant to submit a TMP to the RMS for approval. The Applicant has provided a Traffic Management Plan which has been provided separately. The TMP submitted by the Applicant will have to be referred to the RMS for their approval.

Parking on one side of the street only. Leave on-street parking on his side of the street believes people rarely park on the other side Do not like the roundabout – noisy when people drive over the middle, increases traffic noise with changes in speed to navigate the roundabout.

ALFRED STREET (BETWEEN HARP STREET AND JARRETT STREET), CLEMTON PARK - PUBLIC CONSULTATION SUMMARY (CONT.)

Page 20

Summary of Feedback Received 26 properties visited in Alfred Street between Jarrett and Harp Streets, including 59 Jarrett Street with garage entry from Alfred Street. Nine Properties - No response received. Fifteen properties - In support of a reduction of on-street parking and provided the

following comments: Nine residents supported the proposal as it is. Five residents wanted confirmation that they will not experience

difficulties getting in and out of their driveways. Two residents would like no on-street parking at all. One resident would like on-street parking on the western side

only. Two residents suggested implementing one-way traffic Two residents would like the roundabout at Jarrett Street

removed. Two properties - Not in favour of the proposed changes as the residents wanted to be

able to park directly in front of their property. Comments This proposal will result in the loss of on-street parking spaces outside the properties of some residents in Alfred Street. One resident has strongly objected to this proposal and has requested that Council gives consideration to widening Alfred Street instead to prevent the loss of on-street parking. The following options have been analysed to address the concerns raised by residents: Option 1 – Retain the existing “No Parking” Zone on the eastern side of Alfred Street A “No Parking” Zone (7.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday) was installed on the eastern side of Alfred Street between Harp Street and Jarrett Street as recommended by the Traffic Committee on 4 May 2015. This was implemented as an interim solution to improve traffic flow until such time as the Applicant can implement the traffic calming scheme proposed for Alfred Street to address future on-street parking and traffic flow issues. If the existing interim measure is to be implemented as a permanent solution in Alfred Street, this would require further consultation with residents. It should be noted that the residents currently opposing this proposal would still be impacted by this option (i.e. loss of on-street parking outside their property). It is also not certain that the other residents in Alfred Street would be in favour of retaining the existing “No Parking” restrictions in the street.

Page 21

Option 2 – Widening the street to allow for on-street parking in Alfred Street As requested by the resident we have analysed the option to widen Alfred Street to retain on-street parking on both sides of the street. Widening the street would require the following: Reconstruction of pavement and kerb and gutter. Relocation of utility services (underground). Relocation of power poles. Removal of existing street trees. Narrowing the existing footpath (approxiametly to 2.0m) It is estimated that widening the street would cost $350,000.00 and will provide an additional ten (10) parking spaces in comparison to first option to implement the “No Parking” restrictions in the street. The Applicant would not meet the costs for this proposal as the DA approval only requires provision of a traffic calming scheme which involves the implementation of blister islands and “No Stopping” Zones at alternative sections (option 3). The expenditure of the costs for widening Alfred Street to create on-street parking spaces in the street is not justified especially considering that most properties have off-street parking and the majority of residents support the proposal for the provision of “No Stopping” restrictions at alternate sections of the street (Option 3). Option 3 – Provision of “No Stopping” restrictions at alternate sections of the street This proposal comprises the provision of on-street parking on one side of the street and “No Stopping” restrictions on the opposite side but only at alternative sections of the street. Parking is designated by marked parking lanes with kerb blisters defining the alternative parking bays from one side of the street to the other creating an offset in the travel path. This option would assist with speed reduction in the street in comparison to banning parking on one side of the street (Option 1). This option will also provide the same on-street parking spaces as the first option. Conclusion As advised in the report the option to retain the existing “No Parking” Zone on the eastern side of Alfred Street (option 1) will not achieve speed reduction and requires further consultation with residents. Option 2 is an expensive exercise which will result in creating ten (10) on-street parking spaces. Option 3 will achieve speed reduction and provide some on-street parking opportunities for residents in Alfred Street. Most residents were in favour of this proposal. It is recommended that the Applicant be advised to proceed with the proposed option for the provision to provide “No Stopping” restrictions at alternate sections of Alfred Street (option 3). It is also recommended that the TMP submitted by the Applicant to designate Alfred Street (Harp Street to William Street) as light traffic thoroughfare street be forwarded to the RMS for approval.

RECOMMENDATION:

THAT 1. The proposal by the Applicant to provide blister islands defining alternative parking

bays for one-side of the street creating an off-set travel path, as shown in the concept plan provided separately, be approved.

2. The TMP submitted by the Applicant to designate Alfred Street (Harp Street to William Street) as light traffic thoroughfare street be forwarded to the RMS for approval.

3. All costs associated with the proposal to be met by the Applicant. 4. The residents be advised of the proposed changes.

7 ALLEGRA AVENUE AT CHAPEL STREET, BELMORE - REQUEST TO EXTEND "NO STOPPING" ZONE

FILE NO: 20-6 (e)

Summary:

Correspondence has been received from a resident in Allegra Avenue requesting the installation of “No Stopping” signs in Allegra Avenue at Chapel Street, Belmore, to improve access and safety for vehicles entering Allegra Avenue from Chapel Street.

The location was investigated and parking and traffic flow was observed. The section of Allegra Avenue close to the intersection of Chapel Street is parked out most of the time. “No Stopping” signposts already exist on both sides of Allegra Avenue. A 20m “No Stopping” Zone exists on the south side of Allegra Avenue and an 11m “No Stopping” Zone exists on the northern side of Allegra Avenue east of Chapel Street.

The travel lane in Allegra Avenue is too narrow to allow two vehicles to pass each other if vehicles are parked on both sides of the road. Entry to Allegra Avenue from Chapel Street can be made safer by extending the existing 11m “No Stopping” Zone on the northern side of Allegra Avenue by 7m to widen the entrance of the intersection. This will result in the loss of one on-street parking space.

It is recommended that the existing 11m “No Stopping” Zone on the northern side of Allegra Avenue, Belmore (east of Chapel Street), be extended by 7m as shown in the concept plan included in the report.

Accident History- 5 Year Period (1 July 2009 – 30 June 2014) Punchbowl Road at Seymour Parade - 6 Intersection accident Seymour Parade at Bazentin Street - 2 Intersection accident Seymour Parade at Carter Street (at the curve) - 1 Off path type accident Total 9 Accident details provided by the Police The resident advised of a motor vehicle accident which occurred in Seymour Parade on Monday 21 September 2015. The Police confirmed the following details:

“Over the last two years police have only attended one accident which is the one referred to by the resident. This accident occurred last May on the 17th at 3.00 pm. A young boy rode his scooter out in front of traffic travelling on Seymour Parade and was skittled. He was injured but made a full recovery. The child was deemed at fault in the accident. Also after checking the records I can assure you that Bankstown Highway Patrol frequent this area and have issued a number of speeding fines along Seymour Parade in the past two years. The accident rate however is minimal.”

Comments The 85th percentile speed recorded at the four locations in Seymour Parade were in the range of 59 km/h to 63 km/h which is above the legal speed limit. Two mid-block accidents have occurred in Seymour Parade, this included an accident which was reported in 2011 and the other was reported by a resident in September 2015. In addition the pedestrian accident in Seymour Parade near the intersection of Bazentin Street occurred in May 2015. This accident involved a motor vehicle and a child riding his scooter and it was not related to the speed of the vehicle, according to the Police report. The mid-block accident reported by the resident occurred on the 21 September 2015 in Seymour Parade between Bazentin Street and Carter Avenue. The resident has provided photographs of the accident which involved three vehicles; the resident also notified Council that this accident was speed related. There has been only one speed related accident in Seymour Parade. This does not warrant the installation of traffic calming devices in the street at this stage. It is recommended that the 85th percentile speed of 60 km/h be referred to the Police for surveillance and enforcement. It is further recommended that the accident history and any Police reports received be revisited in six months to determine whether traffic calming devices are required in Seymour Parade. The matter will be referred back to the Traffic Committee for further consideration.

RECOMMENDATION:

THAT 1. Traffic calming devices not be installed in Seymour Parade, Belfield, at this time. 2. The 85th percentile speed of 60 km/h be referred to the Police for surveillance and

appropriate action and the matter be reviewed in six months. 3. The resident and the Member for Canterbury be advised of the decision.

9 SEVENTH AVENUE AT FIRST AVENUE, CAMPSIE - INSTALLATION OF BUS ZONE AT EXISTING BUS STOP

FILE NO: 797-6 (e)

Summary:

Correspondence has been received from a resident in Seventh Avenue, Campsie, regarding the difficulty for bus drivers to access the bus stop located in Seventh Avenue, east of First Avenue (adjacent to property 90 to 96).

The location was inspected several times and no illegal parking was observed at the existing bus stop at the times the location was inspected. The bus stop is located in the area where on-street parking demand is high due to the high number of units nearby.

The matter was referred to Council’s Enforcement Unit requesting that they increase patrols of Seventh Avenue to address the illegal parking issues at the bus stop. Further correspondence has now been received from the resident supplying evidence of the ongoing illegal parking issues at the existing bus stop.

It is recommended that a 28m Bus Zone “6.00 am to 7.00 pm” be installed at the existing bus stop on the southern side of Seventh Avenue east of First Avenue (adjacent to property 90 to 96), Campsie, as shown in the concept plan included in the report.
