Most of the people say that caveman
got their protein sources from animals
meats which is not true.
Most of the protein sources which they
got was from plant source
In such cases if people are following a paleo diet as a vegetarian then they can include foods items like
Almonds
Avocado
Broccoli
Eggs
Hemp Seed
Pistachios
Potatoes
Spinach
Spirulina
Walnuts
There are also many other plant based foods which can be included in the paleo diet but these are the basic ones which must be included each and every day
The best meal for the vegetarians to be consumed in the paleo diet is the egg
Egg is the best source for the protein and it should be consumed at least for 6 times a week
It also serves as a ideal starter for a fresh,
energetic and a healthy day.
But eating only eggs will surely not be
enough but other food items also can be
included which are mentioned above
Not only they are rich in proteins but also
they are rich in minerals and oils
When eaten in right combinations and
quantities, they have the ability to give a
very balanced and healthy meal
routine.
People should also consume some types
of nuts and fruits
These are completely a pleasure food,
with great flavors and ripe with nutrition
and energy boosters.
Fruit juices are an option but natural fruits are a better alternative since they provide us with essential fibers that our body requires.
All fruits that you would get in each season are a great intake
Nuts like cashews, almonds, walnuts, Brazil nuts, dry fruits are also high on calories and hence should be consumed in measured quantities.
Your diet may also include certain
legumes, sprouted beans, hemp and
quinoa for taste and certain nutrients.
But our ancestors gained from abstaining
from farm produce, as they did not now
