5 easy steps to receive your Ticketmaster gift voucher

Step 1 Purchase a qualifying product from a participating retailer in an eligible country between May 14th and July 15th 2018.

Step 2 Wait 30 days from your date of purchase before claiming your reward voucher, as the ROLI return period is 30 days. This promotion is not valid for returned items.

Step 3 Complete the claim form between 30 and 60 days from your date of purchase by visiting roli.com/makemusiclivemusic. Have your proof of purchase and serial number ready.

Step 4 Once your claim has been validated, you will be emailed your Ticketmaster gift voucher within 10 working days. The reward will only be valid in the country where the qualifying product was purchased (for in-store purchases) or to which it was shipped (for online purchases).

Step 5 Book an event of your choice on Ticketmaster and use your gift voucher to get money off at checkout. Your gift voucher is valid for 12 months. Contact the Ticketmaster Support team if you need any assistance redeeming your reward.
