At Busy Brides we believe in every bride being involved in her

own wedding planning process, yet we understand that with a job and other responsibilities she may not have the time (hence the name “Busy Bride”) to plan the theme and

concepts that she envisions or effectively research the vendors she will need to pull off a flawless wedding.

Hiring a professional to guide you through the process is

certainly the biggest investment in your wedding day you will make. Take the time you deserve and enjoy your wedding

Busy Brideswedding services

Busy Brides is a full service planning and coordination firm serving all of Central Florida.

Owner/Designer Sonya Keller and her staff have earned the reputation as one of Central

Florida’s most trusted and respected coordinating firms.

We work with each couple on a individual basis to build an event that reflects their unique style

and personality! We will orchestrate the multitude of details and bring to life a magical,

flawless day that you and your guests will remember for years to come – guaranteed!

 

Our staff will be with you every step of the way working with you to create an unforgettable event sure to leave the town talking. Our

designers will strategize with you and work to capture your exquisite tastes through gorgeous décor and breathtaking ambiance using only the finest vendors and resources Central Florida has to offer.

We will assist each couple with all facets of planning and design from budget development, pairing you with the vendors that fit perfectly into your budget and sync best with your personality. We'll guide you

though every detail, right down to the font types used on your customized stationary!

All services included in our “Day Of” package Plus…. •  Unlimited in person planning meetings •  Theme & concept creation – developing the overall look and feel

of your special day! •  Venue reviews and selection (if needed, $200 package credit if not

needed) •  Complete budget development and maintenance with access to

customized on-line documents via “Wedding Workbook” •  Vendor recommendations - we will help you select your perfect

vendors based on your budget and personality •  Contract reviews and negotiations •  Assistance with print design and stationary selections •  Schedule and attend vendor meetings •  Placement of all service orders (rentals, transportation, hotel, etc.) •  Preparation and maintenance of vendor payment schedule •  Assemble and mail wedding invitations, and track RSVP’s •  Up to ten (10) hours of coverage on your wedding day! •  Owner | Consultant SONYA KELLER, along with 2 assistants to

Full Planning & Design

With our Planning Assistance package we will direct the bride down the right path. Putting her vision to work, by referring her to Central Florida’s best caterers, florist, DJ & entertainment;

lighting, video, delicious cakes and so much more!

This package is perfect for the bride who has the vision, she just needs help getting the ball rolling and keeping it rolling, and

that’s our forte!

All services included in our “Day Of” package Plus…. •  Up to Four (4) in person planning meetings to review the details

and logistics of your wedding day (includes 2 vendor meeting) •  Assistance with wedding budget •  Vendor recommendations - we will help you select your perfect

vendors based on your budget and personality •  Contract reviews and negotiations •  Preparation and assistance with wedding “Checklist” (assistance

with keeping you on top of your wedding planning tasks) •  Preparation of wedding day timeline that will be distributed to ALL

Planning Assistance

This package is perfect for the couple that was able to plan the majority of the details, or even the couple that literally did it all! You just need “piece of mind” on your wedding day, to be sure all that you have worked so hard to pull together is executed

EXACTLY the way you dreamed!

•  Two (2) in person planning meetings where we will discuss all of the details of your wedding; vendors, budgets, contracts, etiquette, etc.

•  Vendor referrals (if needed) •  Preparation of wedding day time line that will be

distributed to ALL wedding vendors to ensure your wedding day is seamless!

•  Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors •  Rehearsal Coordination (up to 1.5 hrs) •  Coordination of ceremony procession & recessionals •  Coordination of return of personal items (gifts, cake

cutter, toasting flutes, etc) •  Handle the flow of events throughout the evening to

ensure a flawless event! •  Phone and e-mail support throughout the planning

process •  Up to eight (8) total hours of wedding day coverage •  Insured by our “Wedding Day Survival Kit” with anything

and everything you may need on your wedding day!  

 

Day of Coordination

“It’s Under Control” | Budget Friendly Day of Coordination Package starting @ $500 for 4 hrs. of Service.

General “Day Of” Services Include (but are not limited to): •  Complete Bridal assistance on wedding day! •  Confirmation with all service providers the week of the wedding as well

as providing each service provider with a “Wedding Day Itinerary” •  Assistance with minimal ceremony & reception décor i.e., unity

candle, program placement, pew décor, escort cards & gift tables, etc. (Any set up deemed as “Extensive” will require additional fees , please inquire for additional information)

•  Oversee all details of set-up on wedding day as provided by Bride & Groom

•  Vendor coordination (photo, video, catering / banquet, entertainment, etc.) throughout the event to ensure proper timing of the evening’s events

•  Transportation coordination •  Rehearsal walk through (1.5 hrs) •  Assistance with ceremony & reception processions •  Flower pinning, bridal floral distribution and gown bustling •  Seating & crowd management •  Picture assistance •  Distribution of final payments & tips to vendors •  Gathering of gifts & personal belongings for safe return to Bridal Suite,

Discounts & Special Rates: We offer discounts on our packages when our clients select

vendors off of our “Preferred vendors” list. If you have chosen a vendor that might not be on our list, but we have worked with

and we are confident they will contribute to the success of your event, in a professional way…we are happy to offer the

discount (at our discretion)

Service Areas Busy Brides services locations throughout the state, Although our local market is in Central Florida & East Coast. All areas

outside our local market are subject to destination fees starting at $350 and (1) room stay on event weekend.

Holiday Weekends

There is a $350 fee for weddings that fall on any of the following Holiday WEEKEND:

4th of July – Thanksgiving – Christmas – New Years Eve & Day  

Save the Date!

After your complimentary consultation, we will hold your wedding date for (10) business days. We

require a signed contract and minimum of $250 Deposit to hold your date.

Payment:

We can accept payments via Credit Card or Check (made payable to Busy Brides).

We suggest payment plans either quarterly or

monthly, with your final balance due (2) WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE. Clients will be invoiced.
