MAKE FUN v ridicule

PANIC n a sudden strong feeling of fear or nervousness that makes you unable to think clearly or behave sensibly

PRETEND v to behave as if something is true when in fact you know it is not, in order to deceive people or for fun

QUIET adj not making much noise, or making no noise at all

RESPECT n when you regard something or someone as important and are careful not to harm them, treat them rudely etc

SCARE v to make someone feel frightened

SCARED adj frightened of something, or nervous about something

SHY adj nervous and embarrassed about meeting and speaking to other people, especially people you do not know

SHUN v to deliberately avoid someone or something

SPREAD RUMOURS

v to extend some information from one person to another which may not be true

STAND BY v not act or do anything

TARGET n something that you are trying to achieve, such as a total, an amount, or a time

TEASE v to laugh at someone and make jokes in order to have fun by embarrassing them, either in a friendly way or in an unkind way

TOLERATE v to be able to accept something unpleasant or difficult, even though you do not like it

TRUST v to believe that someone is honest or will not do anything bad or wrong

VICTIM n someone who has been attacked, robbed, or murdered

WRONG adj not correct, and not based on true facts

Try to study the vocabulary by reading the definition in English. If you find it hard, translate the words into your language, but TRY IT FIRST!!!
