Parents/caregivers of 5 th  thru 8 th  grade students: Please wait until 3:15pm to enter the carpool line  to allow time for the lower school pickup to finish up. If you have another adult (grandparent, babysitter, nanny) picking up your child, please be sure they understand this protocol. Thank you so much for assistance and cooperation. This will allow the afternoon pickup to move along more quickly. ***If you have children in both middle school (5 th -8 th )  AND lower school (K-4 th ), please wait until 3:15pm to enter the car ool line. Thank ou so much! *** The Williams School Holiday Arts and Craft Fair Please join us in celebrating the holiday season at our second annual arts and crafts fair. Artists, crafters, and artisans from within our school community and friends of the school will be selling their handmade items in a fun holiday event that a lso helps raise funds for The Williams School. The Holiday Fair is Saturday, December 7th from 10AM to 4PM and is located on the playground and in the Multi-Purpose Room at The Wi lliams School. Areas of arts and crafts we would love to have included are apparel, bath/body products, baskets, ceramics, décor, furniture, fiber, fine art, florals, folk art, gourmet items, glass items, holiday crafts, metalwork, mixed media, photography, toys, woodcrafts, and others. We are no longer accepting jewelry. Only outside spots are still available. If you are interested in being a vendor, please contact Joyce Soria at  [email protected] , and she will send y ou a vendor's applicati on. The cost of a space is $30. A limited number of 6-foot tables are available for rent f or $5 each. We hope you will come be with us for this festive occasion.
