As per your suggestion, we are re-submitting our applicationregarding a heritage grant for fencing the Ebenezer Toronto-Gore Historical Foundation Building, located at 8999 Gore Road,Brampton, Ontario.
As discussed, the replacement of this fencing is due todeterioration and damage over the years and in the interestof preserving this historical property. This replacement hasno bearing on reconstruction of the road.
Please note the attached quotes are the same as previouslysubmitted. We would appreciate your consideration on thisgrant application.

3. Iunderstand that the final amount of the grant will be determined and that this application will becompleted following:
(a) A site inspection of the property and assessment of impacts on existing designated heritageattributes by the City Heritage Coordinator;
(b) Applicant providing drawings, and/or specifications, cost estimates and photographs;

(e) Substantiation of the completed work by invoices will be provided.
(f) Work must be complete within 1 year from the date of approval by Brampton City Council.
