At the outset, I wish you and your families a Very Happy New Year and sincerely hope 2017 will catapult SISA into a buoyant and vibrant force in India’s service industry radar.

Honestly, I am a bit dismayed with the overall performance of my able ‘Lieutenants’ and ‘Soldiers’ in the previous quarter of the F/Y 2016 – 2017. I was hoping your efforts will exceed my expectations, unfortunately that has not happened. I however do realize that, just as in a business cycle, your performance has its highs and lows. I am a diehard optimist and am pretty sure; you will buckle up for some

exciting journey ahead. So, do keep your spirits high and work relentlessly to make up the deficiencies of the past quarter. Our entire workforce at the Corporate Office, under the able leadership of your MD, constantly strives to ensure that you get full support to fulfill your obligations to our clients. There can not be grey spots where client satisfaction is involved. This is paramount in any service industry and ours is no exception. Sir Richard Branson had said, ‘Keep your employees happy, they will keep your clients happy’. Your employees are your arms; in the form of security guards, housekeepers and drivers. Ensure their happiness and your ‘Customer Satisfaction Report’ will never be in the red. Always remember, your ‘employees’ and your Gods, respect them and look after their welfare at all times.
