NEW DEPARTMENT FINANCE SYSTEM

We are switching over to a new system for the school finances in Term 3. Please note the final dates for any

payments as NO extensions will be available. There will be two weeks when NO money can be received in this

transition; the two weeks will be from Monday 29th

August until Friday 9th

September (continuous reminders of

these dates will appear in future newsletters).

Further to this change, from Wednesday 15th

June (Week 8 Term 2) NO money will be able to be received on a

Wednesday as these days are training days for the School Administrative Manager and School Administrative

Officer.

STAGE THREE CAMP

Official camp meetings will commence early next term for those students who are attending our Canberra and Snowy

Mountains camp. All official notes including permission notes, medical forms and the itinerary will also go home early

next term. The balance of the camp payment must be made by Wednesday 10th August. Camp is by invitation only and

students who receive multiple blue slips or blue slips of a significant nature will be issued a warning letter to cancelling

their camp and if cancelled, the money will be returned to their parents.

DOGS

Please DO NOT bring your dog onto the school grounds. If you walk your dog when you bring to or pick up your children

from school, please collect your children from one of the school gates. We have many children who are afraid of dogs.

BOOK PACK / LOST LIBRARY BOOK PAYMENTS Notes were issued to families who had outstanding Bookpack and lost Library books. The Bookpacks are issued in Term 1 to any student who pays a $20.00 deposit with the commitment to pay the balance by the end of Term 1. Ms West continuously sends out reminder notes for overdue Library books and if the book has been lost, an invoice of the replacement cost of the book is issued. The Library is for students to borrow books for research and pleasure; however, the books need to be returned by the due date so that other students can take advantage of our supply of books.

HOMEWORK CLUB

Homework club is on every Wednesday in the OLD TOP HALL, first half of lunch. All students from K-6 are welcome to

come along. Please don’t forget to bring your pen/pencil & homework.

LAST DAY of TERM TWO

The last day of this term is Friday 1st July. All students will return for the commencement of Term 3 on Tuesday 19

th July

2016.
