• Produces .ifc format files

• Provides the 3D rendering of .ifc information

• Displays the information within the CAFM environment

Create a BIM Project• This allows a number of buildings to be grouped

together i.e. a site group

Import Buildings (.ifc files)• This registers the buildings as models within

MainManager

Create Building Elements• This allows update and amendment of

different parts of the building

Create BIMSYNC Models• The information is then used within MainManager to

create the 3D interactive model

All imported drawings can also be viewed as traditional 2D floorplans

The system allows for multiple mapping prior to import. This ensures compatibility with international standards

The Resulting Image

• Can rotate, zoom

• Can show elements i.e.

just HVAC

• Can register jobs directly

to elements

• Can replace an element

rather than the whole

drawing if required
