The term +an,$ #e and/or our shall refer to any of the said +an, of the 8hilippine Islands$ or +8I =amily3avin!s +an,$ Inc. or +8I -irect 3avin!s +an,$ Inc. or any member of the +8I 7niban, or any of its subsidiaries

and affiliates. The terms you and/or your shall refer to the accountholder9s: of any of the +an, of the 8hilippine

Islands or +8I =amily 3avin!s +an,$ Inc. or +8I -irect 3avin!s +an,$ Inc. or any member of the +8I 7niban, or

any of its subsidiaries and affiliates.

The terms Account and/or Accounts shall refer to each account or such account9s:$ product9s:$ service9s:

or facility9ies: of the +an, #hich you opened and/or availed pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

II. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Applicability of/Conformity to Terms and Conditions; Amendments and Nomination/EnrollmentEffectivity Bou a!ree that any current$ savin!s$ time deposit and/or other accounts 9#hether in local or

forei!n currency: #hich you opened and/or maintained #ith the +an,$ shall be considered as part of the

+an,s Accounts$ products$ services and facilities$ #hich may be accessed throu!h various channels. 3uchAccounts$ products$ services$ facilities and channels shall be subDect to and !overned by the Terms and

Conditions set forth herein or as the same may be amended$ modified and revised from time to time.

All terms and conditions of e>istin! current$ savin!s$ time deposit and/or such other account a!reements #ith the

+an,$ insofar as these are not inconsistent #ith the terms and conditions !overnin! all the other +an, products$ services$facilities and channels$ shall remain in full force and effect and shall form part hereof.

Bou further a!ree that the +an, shall$ from time to time$ and$ at its discretion$ have the ri!ht to add$ revise$ modify$

amend$ supplement or cancel$ in #hole or in part$ any of the Accounts and such other products$ services$ facilities and

Terms and Conditions. 5e# Accounts and such other products$ services$ facilities and channels may be introduced by the +an, from time to

time. +y usin! these ne# Accounts and such other products$ services$ facilities and channels #hen they become available$you a!ree to be bound by the terms and conditions coverin! the same includin! any and all amendments$ modifications and

revisions thereof. The e>istin! terms and conditions relatin! to the Accounts and such other products$ services$ facilities and

channels already availed shall li,e#ise !overn the availment of up!raded/e>panded/improved versions$ as #ell as variants

or affiliated versions thereof$ in addition to any other or ne# terms and conditions$ insofar as these are not inconsistentthere#ith.

Any Accounts and such other products$ services and facilities and/or its up!raded/e>panded/improved versions$

variants and/or affiliated versions thereof #hich are availed and/or covered under the appropriate terms and conditions may

automatically be activated and/or enrolled by the +an,$ at its option$ in the pertinent delivery system or channel of the +an,#ithout need of further notice or advice to you.

The +an,$ its parent company$ any member of the +8I 7niban,$ its subsidiaries and affiliates or partner institutions

may$ from time to time$ underta,e mar,etin! and sales promotions for #hich separate terms and conditions or promotional

mechanics shall be developed and #hich shall be in effect durin! the period specified by the +an,. It is understood anda!reed that such terms and conditions are supplementary to these Terms and Conditions.

In case the Accountholder is a minor$ it is a!reed that the parent9s:$ !uardian9s: and/or the person9s: e>ercisin!

parental authority over the minor 9i: have read and understood and are bound by these Terms and Conditions; 9ii: have

e>plained to the minor the use and operation of the Accounts$ products$ services$ facilities and channels; and 9iii: underta,eto e>plain to the minor the use and operation of any ne# Accounts$ products$ services$ facilities$ channels and any

enhancements/ne# features thereof$ as #ell as any ne# terms$ conditions and chan!es thereto. The parent9s:$ !uardian9s:

and/or person9s: e>ercisin! parental authority ac,no#led!e that they have principal and solidary liability #ith the

Accountholder and$ as such$ hold the +an, free and harmless and indemnified from dama!es$ liabilities$ claims$ suits andcauses of action arisin! from the use and operation of the Accounts$ products$ services$ facilities and channels.

In the case of deposit in trust such as the In6Trust6 =or Account 9 IT= Account :$ you hereby a!ree that the o#ner of

the funds is the individual for #hose benefit the IT= Account is opened and that you are merely holdin! and operatin! saidaccount in trust for such o#ner.

If any of these Terms and Conditions or its modifications$ additions$ revisions$ amendments or supplements thereto is

declared to be invalid or unenforceable$ the remainin! portions or provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.

2. Other Governing Las! "#les and "eg#lations 6 The Terms and Conditions herein shall be !overned by andconstrued in accordance #ith the applicable la#s of the %epublic of the 8hilippines and by the +an,s by6

la#s$ re!ulations and practices #hich shall be brou!ht to your attention by publication$ display$advertisement$ posters includin! postin! on the +an,s #ebsite or other#ise$ by electronic mail$ facsimile

transmission or by such other electronic transmission includin! short messa!in! service or similar means ofdelivery and you submit to the non6e>clusive Durisdiction of 8hilippine courts.

All circulars$ rules and re!ulations and !uidelines of +an!,o 3entral n! 8ilipinas 9+38:$ 8hilippine -eposit Insurance

Corporation 98-IC:$ Anti6'oney "aunderin! Council 9A'"C: and such other re!ulatory bodies on$ amon! others$ deposit

accounts/investment placements shall form part of and shall be deemed incorporated by reference into these Terms andConditions. Bou also a!ree that all the Accounts and such other products$ services$ facilities and channels shall li,e#ise be

!overned by all applicable circulars$ rules and re!ulations of the +38$ 8-IC$ A'"C and such other relevant !overnment

re!ulatory bodies or a!encies.

&. Acco#nt Opening and $aintenance The Accounts may be opened and maintained at the sole discretion of

the +an,$ upon your compliance #ith all the account openin!/maintenance/documentary re@uirements as

may be re@uired/imposed by the +an, from time to time such as$ but not limited to$ Fno# Bour Customer9FBC: as re@uired by the A'"C$ the submission of duly completed and e>ecuted account openin! forms$

the appropriate corporate +oard %esolutions and approvals$ delivery of the initial deposit amount and such

other supportin! documents as may be prescribed by the +an,.

Bou a!ree to nominate a branch of convenience$ #hich may be any +an, branch #hich #ill 9a: identify$ assist andorient you in your account openin!; and 9b: facilitate your over6the6counter transactions.

(. "epresentations and %arranties Bou represent and #arrant to the +an, on a continuin! basis that

9a: Bou have secured all appropriate corporate approvals and authoriGations necessary to ma,e the

terms and conditions of the Accounts$ products$ services$ facilities and channels as #ell as anymodifications$ additions$ revisions and/or supplements thereto$ bindin! and enforceable;

9b: Bou shall not misuse$ abuse nor employ any of the Accounts$ products$ services$ facilities and

channels for purposes other than the intended use thereof;

9c: 5othin! in the Terms and Conditions !overnin! the Accounts$ products$ services$ facilities andchannels shall interfere #ith$ or result to a breach of the provisions of any other a!reements bindin!

upon you;

9d: All particulars$ data$ information and documents #hich you provided or submitted to the +an, arecomplete$ accurate and true to your best ,no#led!e$ and you shall immediately notify the +an, in

#ritin! of any chan!es thereto.

*. &an'ing (ays 6 H+an,in! -ays are from 'onday throu!h =riday$ e>cept for ban,in!$ le!al and/or special

holidays$ #henever such term is used in reference to 9i: ban,in! days of re!ular branches; 9ii: determinin!the period of time i.e. notices$ performance of action etc.$ or 9iii: days of the #ee, #hen +an, transactions

are posted into the +an,press +an,in! Centers/re!ular +an, +ranches on #ee,ends to open

Accounts and cross6sell specific identified +an, products.. Acceptance of (eposits6 The +an, may accept your deposits in cash or chec,$ or similar instruments such

as money orders/treasury #arrants. In the case of chec, deposits$ the +an, acts only as your collectin! a!ent

in receivin! your chec,s and other items/documents for collection. Bou further a!ree to assume full

responsibility for the correctness$ authenticity and validity of all endorsements appearin! on the chec,s orother items deposited to the +an,. -ra#in!s may not be made a!ainst such chec, deposits$ until actual

payment has been received by the +an,$ or full proceeds has been collected from correspondent ban,s$ in

accordance #ith 9i: e>istin! +38/8hilippine Clearin! Jouse Corporation 98CJC: rules and re!ulations; or

9ii: clearin! or collection arran!ements made #ith correspondent ban,s$ in case of chec,s denominated inforei!n currency. Jo#ever$ the +an, may still char!e bac, any spurious$ defective$ erroneous or lost item

credited to the Account re!ardless of the time that has elapsed$ #hether or not the item itself can be returned.

3econd endorsed chec,s are not allo#ed. -eposits made throu!h the +an,s ni!ht depository facility or

throu!h deposit pic,6up service$ shall be subDect to the +an,

The +an, may li,e#ise accept credits to/debits from the Accounts 9i.e. payroll accounts$ remittances or fund transfersor suppliers

part hereof$ or in such other amount as may be prescribed by the +an, from time to time. Bou a!ree that in

the event that the Account is closed #ithin one 91: month from Account openin!$ the maintenance fee shall

immediately be paid and the amount subDect of the partial hold6out shall automatically be applied to the

payment of said fee.12. Bou ac,no#led!e that you are at all times a#are of the re@uired minimum monthly A-+$ the service

char!es$ maintenance fees$ dormancy fees and penalties applicable for various types of Accounts$ products$

services$ facilities and channels$ as the case may be$ as #ell as any amendments$ revisions or modificationthereto$ #hich fees$ char!es and penalties are available to you upon re@uest or throu!h various channels ofthe +an, or are published$ displayed$ advertised$ posted in the AT' on6screen messa!es or such area near

the +an,s AT' or in conspicuous places #ithin the +an,s premises and/or posted in the +an,s #ebsite$

#hichever is applicable$ all of #hich are made inte!ral parts hereof.

1&. The +an, may #aive the maintenance of the monthly A-+. The +an,$ ho#ever$ reserves the ri!ht$ inits sole discretion and at any time$ to lift/cancel such #aiver for #hatever reason.

1(. The +an, may$ from time to time$ revise and/or chan!e the applicable fees$ char!es$ penalties

includin! increases in the re@uired minimum monthly A-+ for various types of Accounts$ products$ services$

facilities and channels$ as the case may be. 5otices of any chan!e or revision #ill be provided to you throu!h3tatements of Account$ throu!h the +an, channels$ publication$ display or advertisement$ postin! in the

AT' on6screen messa!es or such area near the +an,s AT' or in conspicuous places #ithin the +an,s

premises and/or throu!h postin! in the +an,s #ebsite or by electronic mail$ facsimile transmission or such

other electronic transmission includin! short messa!in! service or by such other means of communication#hich the +an,$ at its option$ considers appropriate and effective$ shall be deemed sufficient notice to you.

3uch revisions and/or chan!es shall be effective on the date specified by the +an,. Bour continued usa!e

and/or availment of the Accounts$ products$ services$ facilities and channels of the +an, after the effectivedate of such revision and/or chan!e shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the chan!es and/or

revisions #ithout reservation.

1*. (ormant Acco#nts In compliance #ith +38 rules and re!ulations$ any of your Accounts #hich remains

inactive or #here no client6initiated transactions #ere performed Ni.e. t#o 92: years for 3avin!s Accounts andone 91: year for Current Account$ #ill be considered dormant and for dormant accounts #hich are or have

fallen belo# the re@uired minimum monthly A-+$ a correspondin! monthly service/dormancy fee or as the

same may be revised$ updated$ modified and/or chan!ed from time to time$ #ill be imposed until reactivated

by a deposit or #ithdra#al of funds. 'oreover$ Accounts inactive for ten 91: years shall be escheated in

favor of the Treasurer of the 8hilippines.

Bou shall be informed by re!istered mail #ith return card or proof of delivery 98O-: service of the 8hilippine 8ostal

Corporation and other mail couriers on your last ,no#n address at least si>ty 9: calendar days prior to the imposition of

service/dormancy fee.1. A#thority to )mpose Charges 6 Bou hereby authoriGe the +an, to impose from time to time service char!es

and such other ban, char!es on any or all of the Accounts and such other products$ services$ facilities and

channels #ithin le!al and re!ulatory limits.1. Acco#nt %ithdraals6 Only si!natures appearin! on the si!nature cards on file #ill be honored by the +an,

for #ithdra#als and transfer of funds. 3uch #ithdra#als/transfer of funds from your Accounts shall be

subDect to the follo#in! terms

9a: 3avin!s Accounts Bou a!ree that the +an, shall not be liable for payments made to any person

#ho shall present such savin!s passboo,. 5o entries other than those effected by the +an, shall be

recorded in the 3avin!s 8assboo,.

The savin!s passboo, is issued to assist you in monitorin! your transactions and account

balance. Jo#ever$ since your Account allo#s you to transact business even #ithout the savin!s

passboo,$ throu!h your AT' and such other +an, channels$ the amount of balance sho#n therein#ill not be conclusive$ unless updated and verified by the +an, after comparison #ith its records.

In the event of any discrepancy bet#een the entries in the savin!s passboo, and the +an,

9c: Time -eposits Time deposits 9T-: are deemed automatically paid/terminated at maturity date

#ith proceeds credited to a settlement account you desi!nated upon your T- account openin!pursuant to your instruction appearin! on your T- certificate. 8resentation of the certificate #ill no

lon!er be necessary to effect auto6payment on maturity date/last maturity date. If terminated prior to

maturity date/last maturity date$ the ori!inal certificate shall be endorsed and surrendered for

payment$ proceeds of #hich #ill be credited to your desi!nated settlement Account.

9d: =orei!n Currency -eposits 6 )ithdra#als in forei!n currency notes are subDect to availability of

such notes. =ractions of forei!n currencies may$ at the +an,

9iii: all instructions$ information$ orders$ re@uests and communications 9collectively$ the

Instructions: received by the +an, from you or any of your authoriGed representatives by#hatever medium.

9iv: all Instructions #hich the +an,$ in its sole discretion$ reasonably believed in !ood faith tohave emanated from you throu!h the use of your E>press Teller Card/-ata/5umber.

9b: Accept such Instructions as correct$ accurate and duly authoriGed by you.

Bou hereby a!ree that the +an, may$ at its option$ record any and all of your telephonecommunications #ith the +an,. Bou further ac,no#led!e and a!ree that such recordin!s may be used by the

you as 4oint Accountholders.

replacement of E>press Teller Card should be e>ecuted by the Accountholder to #homthe Card #as issued;

9iii: 3pecial 8o#er of Attorney authoriGin! a third party to 9i: #ithdra#$ effect funds

transfer$ disbursement or any transaction relatin! to the Account$ or 9ii: assi!n orencumber the Account as security for any obli!ation; and

9iv: Instruction to add an Accountholder or delete an Accountholder from the Account.

9c: Each of the survivin! Accountholders shall immediately notify the +an, in #ritin! of the death of any one of the

Accountholders. 7pon receipt of the #ritten notice of death$ the +an, may hold in the name of the survivin!

Accountholders all moneys and items to the credit of$ or by #ay of security for$ any service or product then standin! in thenames of all the Accountholders$ it bein! a!reed that as Doint o#ners of the 4oint Accounts$ you have the ri!ht ofsurvivorship. It is deemed that #ith the e>ercise of said ri!ht$ you have complied #ith applicable provisions/re@uirements of

la# includin!$ amon! others$ payment of ta>es$ and satisfied any claims/debts/liens/ri!ht of set6off #hich the +an, or any

heir or third party may have.

If the survivin! Accountholders fail to !ive such #ritten notice of death and the +an, allo#s #ithdra#als on the 4oint

Account before receipt of said notice$ it is deemed that the survivin! Accountholders have e>ercised the ri!ht of

survivorship and have complied #ith applicable provisions/re@uirements of la# includin!$ amon! others$ payment of ta>es$

and satisfied any claims/debts/liens/ri!ht of set6off #hich the +an, or any heir or third party may have.

The survivin! Accountholders hereby hold the +an, free and harmless and indemnified from any and all ta>es$

represent and #arrant to the +an, on a continuin! basis that the incorporation and its related documents$

information and representations contained in the relevant ban, forms submitted for account openin! are up6

to6date$ complete$ true$ correct$ accurate and that all appropriate and necessary corporate action has been

ta,en to authoriGe the e>ecution of documents$ instruments and a!reements related to the openin! of theAccounts as #ell as the availment of products$ services$ facilities and channels of the +an,. Bou hereby

ac,no#led!e and a!ree that$ unless and until the +an, receives notices in #ritin! of any chan!es$ the +an,

is authoriGed to fully rely and act on such information and representations for all purposes #ithout liability

subse@uently enacted relative to the processin!$ storin!$ sharin!$ updatin! and disclosure of any personalinformation or such other information that may be re@uired for the purposes and to the entities enumerated

above.

2(. %aiver of Article .01 of the Ne Civil Code6 Bou e>pressly #aive the provisions of Article 12* of the

5e# Civil Code 9#hich relates to cases of e>traordinary inflation or deflation of forei!n currency andstipulates that unless a!reement e>ists to the contrary$ the basis of payment shall be the value of the currency

at the time of establishment of the obli!ation: and hereby a!ree that said article shall not be applicable.

2*. (ishonor and "et#rn of Chec's 6 %eturn of chec,s dra#n a!ainst insufficient funds 9-AI=: or dra#n

a!ainst uncollected deposits 9-A7-:$ or #ith technical defects shall be !overned by the rules andre!ulations of the 8CJC and the +38 and/or the clearin! arran!ements entered into by the +an, for the

clearin! of forei!n currency denominated chec,s. The +an, reserves the ri!ht to dishonor and return chec,s$

at its discretion$ #ithout prior notification at any time and you a!ree that the +an, shall incur no liabilities

arisin! from said dishonor and return. =ees for the return and/or dishonor of chec,s shall be for your accountand shall be debited automatically from your Account #ithout prior notice.

months from the date of the +an,s receipt of the 38Os$ unless sooner rene#ed/e>tended in #ritin!for another si> 9: months. 3uch rene#al/e>tension shall be effective from the +an,s receipt of the

re@uest for rene#al/e>tension. =urthermore$ you a!ree that the 38O issued on the undated chec,s #ill

9a: Bou can re@uest for chec,boo, reorder in the branch #here your Account is maintained or throu!h

the +an, channels. Bou a!ree that

9i: Bou can only re@uest a ma>imum of four 9(: chec,boo,s #ithin a month.

9ii: The chec,boo, you ordered #ill be for pic,6up at your maintainin! branch$ or if

applicable$ at your nominated branch on the date specified by the branch or as may be stated

in the +an, channels< confirmation receipt of chec,boo, reorder. -ue to stora!e spaceconstraints$ you hereby authoriGe the +an, to destroy chec,boo,s #hich are not pic,ed6up

#ithin ninety 9: calendar days from date #hen the same becomes available.

of the chec,boo,9s: to your authoriGed representative or for the non6transmittal of aconfirmation letter$ should the +an, opt to send one but #ithout any obli!ation to do so and

9iv: Bou shall notify the +an, promptly in #ritin! of any chan!e in the conditions #hich !iverise to your re@uest for chec,boo, reorder.

and conditions in the +ills 8urchase Application$ !rant you a credit accommodation by purchasin! chec,spayable to you and advancin! the amount of the chec,. Bou a!ree that you shall be responsible for and shall

pay the resultin! advance or credit thereby created and for all related char!es thereon.

617 (eposit )ns#rance

9a: -eposits are insured by the 8-IC up to a ma>imum amount per depositor or in such other amountas may be prescribed by applicable la#s or by re!ulatory issuances from time to time.

9b: 8-IC shall presume that the name9s: appearin! on the deposit instrument is/are the

actual/beneficial o#ner9s: of the deposit$ e>cept as provided herein.

9c: In case of transfers or brea,6up of deposits$ 8-IC shall reco!niGe actual/beneficial o#nership of

transferees #ho are @ualified relatives of the transferor in accordance #ith the re@uirements of

applicable la#s.

9d: In case of 9a: deposits in the name of$ or transfers or brea,6up of deposits in favor of$ entities$

either sin!ly or Dointly #ith individuals$ and 9b: transfers or brea,6up of deposits in favor of non6

@ualified relatives$ #henever such transfers/brea,6up #ill result in increase deposit insurance

covera!e$ 8-IC shall reco!niGe beneficial o#nership of the entity or transferee provided that thedeposit account records sho# the follo#in!

9i: details or information establishin! the ri!ht and capacity or the relationship of the entity

opts to deliver a statement$ by mail or other#ise$ to your last recorded mailin! address or electronic mail

address; or 9ii: in your maintainin! branch$ throu!h Hanytime +an, statement; or 9iii: throu!h the +an,channels or any one of them. =or current Accounts and such other accounts #here the +an, opts to deliver astatement$ you a!ree that if #ithin ten 91: calendar days from your statement cut6off date$ such statement

has not been received$ it is your responsibility to !o to your maintainin! branch to as, for such copy or avail

of applicable channels to vie#$ print or do#nload such statement. Other#ise$ the same shall be conclusively

deemed received by you. Bou a!ree that if the +an, does not receive any complaint from you #ithin t#enty92: calendar days from transaction date$ any and all transactions as #ell as the transaction details therein

are any fraudulent$ altered$ for!ed si!natures or endorsements on the chec,s or the chec,s are defective. Bou

the notification #ithin the aforesaid period shall be deemed a conclusive admission of the correctness of the

+an, statements and the enclosed paid chec,s or chec, ima!es.&2. Notices! *tatements and Comm#nications6 5otices$ statements$ account information and other matters and

communication may be mailed or delivered to your last ,no#n mailin! or electronic mail address appearin!

service 93'3:$ or by such other electronic transmission #hich the +an,$ at its option$ considers appropriate

and effective or throu!h the +an, channels or any one of them includin! postin! in the +an,s #ebsite.&(. Clos#re of Acco#nts6 The +an, retains the ri!ht to close$ at its sole discretion$ any or all your Accounts for

any reason #hatsoever at any time and #ithout obli!ation to disclose the reasons for such closure.

The +an, is authoriGed to close Accounts even #ithout prior notice in case said Accounts are 9a: mishandled by the

issuance of unfunded or insufficiently funded chec,9s:; or 9b: involved in or used or suspected to be used for any

fraudulent$ criminal or unla#ful activities; or 9c: there #as/#ere misrepresentation9s: in the openin! of the said Accountsand to report such closure and the reason9s: therefore to +A8$ +38$ or to any central monitorin! entity or body established

by the +A8 or +38 to ,eep record of and report mishandled deposit account.

Bou a!ree that in connection #ith the closin! of a current Account$ you shall surrender all unused chec,s$ #heneverre@uired by the +an,.

The +an, shall pay you the proceeds of your closed Accounts via 'ana!ers Chec, net of all applicable char!es$ fees

and/or ta>es and/or such amounts #hich shall ans#er for your outstandin! contin!ent liabilities under any of the products$services and facilities availed of by you. The +an, also reserves the ri!ht not to release chec,boo,s$ Automated Teller

'achine 9AT': cards or other items paid in advance for Accounts the +an, decided to close.

Bou #ill hold the +an, and its officers and employees free and harmless from all liabilities$ claims and demands of

#hatever ,ind in connection #ith or arisin! from 9a: the closin! of Accounts; and/or 9b: the dishonor of any chec,

thereunder #hich may be presented to the +an, after the closin! of the Accounts; and/or 9c: the reportin! of the closure of

Accounts and the reason9s: therefore to the +A8$ +38$ or any central monitorin! entity or body or bureau established by the+A8 or +38 to ,eep record of and monitor mishandled accounts.

&*. Termination/*#spension of Agreement/-se 6 The +an, reserves the ri!ht to terminate or suspend the

a!reement coverin! the products$ services$ facilities and channels or to terminate or suspend your current or

future use of the same in #hole or in part$ if$ amon! others$ you violate the relevant service a!reement$ pose

a security threat$ you provide any information that is untrue$ inaccurate$ not current or incomplete$ or #hen

the products$ services$ facilities or channels$ in the opinion of the +an,$ are bein! used or suspected to be

used for fraudulent$criminal or unla#ful activities or for any cause #hatsoever$ at any time #ithout prior

notice.

Bour use of the E>press Teller Card is subDect to revocation and/or repossession upon receipt of notice

by the +an, of any violation of any of the terms and conditions stated therein and for any other reason9s:#hich$ in the opinion of the +an,$ #ould preDudice the interest of both yourselves and the +an,. Bou a!ree toreturn the E>press Teller Card at the +an,press Teller Card or services offered in connection there#ith #ithout prior notice.

The arran!ement bet#een the +an, and any of its affiliated merchants in +an, products$ services and facilities may

be cancelled/terminated at any time #ithout prior notice of cancellation/termination to you.&. Consolidation/*et+Off/Transfer6 Bou authoriGe the +an, to$ #ithout liability$ combine or consolidate the

outstandin! balance in any of your Accounts #ith any of your other Accounts #hich you maintain #ith the

+an, or its parent company or #ith any member of the +8I 7niban, or any of its subsidiaries and affiliates$

and set6off and/or transfer any moneys standin! to the credit of such other Accounts in$ or to#ards$satisfaction of your liabilities$ includin! #hatever fees$ char!es$ ta>es and/or any amount #hich may be

o#ed or o#in! to the +an, or its parent company or any member of the +8I 7niban, or any of its

subsidiaries and affiliates. Bou a!ree that this ri!ht to set6off/transfer applies #hether or not the outstandin!

obli!ation is in a currency different from the currency of the moneys intended for settin!6off/transfer$ or isheld at a branch in a different Durisdiction$ or held by you Dointly #ith other persons. =or such purpose$ the

+an, shall be entitled to convert the balance in such other Account into the same currency as the outstandin!

obli!ation$ includin! chan!e of Account number. The +an,s ri!hts hereunder shall not be affected by yourdeath or subse@uent le!al incapacity. =or purposes of this provision$ you hereby !ive the +an,$ its parent

company$ any member of the +8I 7niban,$ includin! any of its subsidiaries and affiliates$ the full po#er and

authority to implement the fore!oin! acts$ the performance of #hich are hereby e>pressly authoriGed$

value of funds credited to or maintained in your Accounts.

9i: If$ throu!h no fault of the +an,$ your nominated payment Accounts does not contain

sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Only cleared and #ithdra#able balances of said

Accounts shall be considered and made available for payment. In case of insufficient funds in

your nominated payment Accounts$ your payment or reloadin! re@uest #ill automatically becancelled by the +an,;

9ii: If there are security concerns$ or if the nominated payment Account does not maintain the

re@uired Avera!e -aily +alance 9A-+:$ or has been suspended or has e>pired$ or if theEnrolled Credit Card Accountceeded.

9iii: The facility is not #or,in! properly and you ,no# or have been advised of themalfunction before you e>ecute the transaction;

9iv: The merchant mishandles or delays a payment sent throu!h the +an, channels. Bou

understand that the +an, #ill ma,e arran!ements #ith the merchants so that the payment orreloadin! of your Accounts #ith the merchants #ill be done immediately. Jo#ever$ this is not

#ithin the control of the +an,. -elays in payment or reloadin! by slo# respondin!

merchants$ may ta,e lon!er to be credited by the merchants to your said Accounts.

9v: Channel unavailability due to reasons beyond the +an,

9i: Bou a!ree to assume full responsibility for maintainin! the confidentiality of your Access -ata/5umber

and for all transactions made in your Accounts throu!h the use of your Access -ata/5umber. The Access-ata/5umber is ,no#n only to you and as such$ any transaction effected usin! your Access -ata/5umber is

conclusively presumed to have been performed by you or are authoriGed solely by you.

any of your Accounts or any other breach of security #ithin t#enty6four 92(: hours from such occurrence.=urther$ cards that are captured for no apparent reason in any AT' must li,e#ise be reported promptly

obli!ation$ to act upon reports of lost$ stolen or captured cards and/or re@uest for replacement from a finder

or any person #ho may have an interest in the Account$ such as but not limited to a co6depositor orbenefactor/funder of the Account 9e.!. parent or !uardian:. Any loss due to #ithdra#al/purchase/transfer of

functionalities of E>press Online. Bou further a!ree that should you nominate any of your Accounts as a nominatedpayment Account in E>press Online$ the +an,$ at its option$ may automatically enroll all your other Accounts #hich may be

+ills 8ayment transactions may be effected immediately or scheduled in advance. These are subDect to the cut6offtimes and processin! schedules of the channel.

Only cleared and #ithdra#able balances of your nominated payment Accounts shall be considered and available for

any payment.

Bou shall notify the +an, in #ritin! of any and all chan!es in your enrolled %eference 5umber/'erchants. Any mispostin!$ delay or failure to post any payments$ as #ell as any discrepancy bet#een the billin! amount and the

paid amount shall not involve the +an,. Instead the same shall be resolved bet#een you and the payee6companies and/or

individuals.

Bou hereby authoriGe the +an, to disclose to any of the payee6companies any matter pertainin! to your Accounts asmay be necessary for the operation of the +ills 8ayment and the 8repaid %eloadin!.

8ayment shall be for current bills only. 8ayments for past due or overdue account #ith service

disconnection/termination or lapse of policy/contract shall be made directly to the collection offices of the payee6

companies. 8ayment procedures/stipulation imposed by your payee6companies and/or individuals #hich are not inconsistent

here#ith or #ith any of these Terms and Conditions or #ith any related documents or instruments e>ecuted by you and the

+an, shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference and are hereby made an inte!ral part of the enrollment form. 7n6enrolled +ills 8ayment and 8repaid %eloadin! may be made available for certain channels as and #hen additionalsecurity measures/device become available.

9h: 9#nds Transfers Bou can only transfer funds to and from your enrolled savin!s and chec,in! Accounts that are in

your name and enrolled third party Accounts. The +an, may$ at its option$ include additional types of Accounts andadditional forei!n currencies Accounts that may be eli!ible for =unds Transfer. The amount of funds transferred shall be

deducted from your nominated payment Account #here the transfer came from and #ill be added to the Account #here it is

transferred to.

a. =unds Transfer may be effected immediately or scheduled in advance. These are subDect to

the cut6off times and processin! schedules of the channel.

b. =unds Transfer can ori!inate from your savin!s or current Accounts.

c. Only cleared and #ithdra#able balances of your nominated payment Account shall be

considered for =unds Transfer. In case of insufficient funds in said Account$ your =unds

Transfer re@uest #ill automatically be canceled and no further attempt #ill be made by the+an, to ma,e the transfer. The +an, shall have no obli!ation nor shall it incur any liability if

it does not complete a transfer due to insufficiency of funds in your nominated payment

Account. In all cases$ you shall ta,e sole responsibility for ma,in! alternate arran!ements for

the transfer.

d. In the case of multiple =unds Transfer comin! from a nominated payment Account and the

Account has only enou!h balance to ma,e some but not all =unds Transfer$ the +an,$ in its

sole discretion$ may determine #hich of your transfer re@uests to complete.
