Turbomiser – the award-winning ultra-low energy chiller from Cool-Therm
The multi-award winning Turbomiser chiller is available in three versions – Turbomiser 1, 2 and 3 – each more efficient than the last.
This proven technology has won a string of industry awards for its outstanding low energy performance, culminating in the achievement of CIBSE’s most prestigious technology award for Low Carbon Innovation in 2010.
It is based on the ground-breaking Danfoss Turbocor compressor, a compact centrifugal compressor based on virtually frictionless magnetic bearings.
Depending on the model specified, Turbomiser can cut energy costs by up to 55 per cent compared with conventional chillers based on screw or reciprocating compressors. We have comparative performance data proving these savings.
