The Audi F is perfect for general tracking work and high speed of fast accelerating shots or where height is an issue using the bigger trackingvehicles.It's our fastest and most recent addition to our tracking vehicle fleet which has the facility to rig cameras in a multitude of positions on the car,most recently having been used on the latest Tom Cruise film, "All you need is Kill".

This powerful yet quiet engine mated to Audi's DSG automatic gearbox makes this vehicle incredibly smooth for tracking shots.

Based on the Audi a3 5door with a 3.2 V6 petrol engine.

This gives maximum room inside with as little rear overhang as possible.

The smooth V6 has plenty of torque and is capable of a 0-60mph in just 6.5 secs.

The Audi F has been built to enable the camera operator to sit facing both front and rear, as most interior seats are movable and can bemounted in numerous positions - (the Chapman UK Audi F is the only tracking car to have this seating feature).

The Audi F has been built externally to be able to mount one or more camera virtually anywhere around the vehicle easily, yet allowing quickaccess to ensure that any adjustment in camera height or position can be undertaken with the minimal of delay.

All cable enter the vehicle via the roof therefore all doors/windows are kept cable free. (the only time doors are hindered would be a sidemounted camera).On any rear mounted camera shots the exhaust fumes can be redirected to avoid being 'in shot'.
