A UHF RFID Fixed Mount Reader is provided to read the Tags.
A UHF RFID Desktop Reader is provided to Register / De-register the tags.
UHF RFID Tags
Rugged Mount-on and Near Metal Performance UHF RFID Tags are provided temporarily to the Truck / Tracktor / Bullock Cart when its inside the plant.

Process Flow
Assigning A Tag - Entry• The Vehicle while entering the Plant
premises halts at the enterance of the plant to verify the documents.
• The registration desk provides a temporary Mount-on & Near Metal Performance UHF RFID Tag to the Truck / Tractor / Bullock Cart, which is assigned to that vehicle / Cart. The driver would also be provide a token no with a barcode on it.
• The RFID Tag has to be fixed (magnet) or hung in the vehicle till the time the vehicle leaves the premises.
• The entry of that truck to the factory is recorded at the registration desk with the date and time stamp.
• If the factory / plant has multiple entries at all the entries the registration desk has to be planned.

Weighbridge Area
• An RFID Fixed Mount Reader and Antenna would be placed at the Weighbridge area. They will be always powered on and connected to the network / server through Ethernet.
• When a Vehicle arrives at the Weighbridge area, the RFID Reader reads the Tag in the Vehicle, the system is intimated as to which vehicle has arrived for weighment.
• Based on the Antenna which reads the tags first, we determine whether the vehicle has arrived to capture, full load or empty load.
• There will be a display provided which would always display the current weight in the weighbridge.

Weighbridge Area • As soon as a vehicle enters the weighbridge, the tower lamp indicator at the weighbridge would indicate red.
• There will also be a fixed mount barcode scanner where the driver shows his Token Slip, thereby dual authentication is achieved.
• There will be a push button provided, the driver when he pushes the button, the system would record the current weight and assigns it to the Vehicle.
• The weight is also printed via a Thermal Printer installed at the location. The driver takes the printed label and sticks in his trip sheet.
• There is also an audio announcement of the weight recorded, the tower lamp would turn green indicating the driver that the weighment process is completed and he can move the truck.
• Two IP Camera will be installed at the poles which is used to fix the Antenna, when the push button is triggered, both the IP Camera would take snap shots and would save the image in the DB.
• The process is the same for recording load weight and empty weight.

Weighbridge Area - Multiple Load in the Truck
• When a vehicle is carrying multiple quality of load. It is indicated in the trip sheet.
• The order in which the products has to be unloaded would be recorded at the Registration Desk.
• The driver brings the vehicle to capture the load weight. Then proceeds to the unload area.
• An operator present in the unload area would scan the barcode in the token slip, to confirm the unload.
• The first category load is unloaded, then he would return to the weighbridge, to capture the weight.
• The process is repeated until the truck is empty.
• This process would enable to record the weight of multiple category load brought in via a single truck.

Exit
• The truck exits the facility, RFID Tag is handed over to the registration desk.
• The registration desk notes the exit of the truck with the date and time stamp.
• Note: Since the drivers pertaining to a single contractor, sometimes carry their tripsheets and drives a different truck in case if he has to leave early, to prevent this, we have provided dual authentication at the weighbridge, the Truck as well as the Token Slip is authenticated.
