PROJECT: GCDP-x

Purpose: Members who prefer working in social area get a desired volunteer experience, it makes them understand trainee role and also this team can work as showcasing impact wherein

they virtually promote the impact created by Internationals in particular NGO.

Skills Gained: “Why” part of 3 golden circles is learnt by the Associate Members.

The members working in this project understand the relevance of GCDP program. Members have a better CRM with the NGO.

Relevance:

After working on GCDP-x project Associate Members are ideal members for GCDP program as “why” part of 3 golden circles is already learnt. So it will enhance the quality

of membership in the program.

Execution: Associate Members volunteered in the NGO’s partnered with AIESEC and understood

the program execution

PROJECT: Event Support Team

Purpose: To have support / volunteer group for events of the local chapter after

providing a brief training on event management to the Associate Members.

Skills Gained: The members who worked in this project understood -

Basic event management skills. Time management.

Team Management skills.

Relevance: After working on this project Associate Members are ideal members for various

exchange support job roles as event knowledge is gained. So it will help members to have an understanding of AIESEC EWA and its usefulness.

It primarily helps in development of proactive learning competency.

Execution: Associate Members volunteered in AIESEC Events, worked in teams and

gained a valuable experience

PROJECT: Taskforces

Purpose: This team helped us engaging those Associate Members which have

special interests like writing and are in such for platforms where they test it or gain an experience.

Skills Gained:

The members who worked in this project understood - The role of various team especially showcasing impact and

Brand aspect of the organization. .

Execution: Associate Members wrote blogs and articles on various aspects of

AIESEC, worked in teams and gained the amazing experience.

English Proficiency Program: It involves training and mentorship to students who got rejected in selection round because of lack of communication skills and also helps in EP preparation.

Our managers trained such applicants and 4 have already been converted into TMP ( ELD phase of AIESEC in Chandigarh )

AIESEC IS THAT ORGANISATION WHICH TAKES THE YOUTH OF A COUNTRY IN A RIGHT WAY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A COUNTRY. AIESEC IS A YOUTH ORGANISATION WHICH PROVIDES TODAYS YOUTH A PLATFORM TO DEVELOP THE SKILLS. AIESEC SHOW THE RIGHT WAY TO THE YOUNG YOUTH. IT IS NOT JUST AN ORGANISATION IT’S A FAMILY WHICH HELPS YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN UR LIFE. AIESEC DEVELOP THE SKILLS OF A PERSON AND REMOVE THE FEARS INSIDE A PERSON.

AIESEC PROVIDE A CHANCE TO KNOW THE PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT COUNTRIES WHICH HELP IN EXCHANGE OF CULTURE. AIESEC IS BASICALLY AN ORGANISATION WHICH HELPS IN EXCHANGE OF CULTURE IN THE WHOLE WORLD TO MAINTAIN A BALANCE IN THE WORLD. AIESEC HELPS IN DEVELOPING THE TALENT BEING POSSESED BY A PERSON.

PROJECT: Collaboration with NGO’s

Purpose: This team helped us partnering with other organizations existing in the

city and further making them clients of AIESEC. This helped us in running projects with collaboration of the organization and increased

credibility of the brand as well.

Skills Gained: The members who worked in this project understood -

Brand aspect of the organization. Members have a better CRM with the Organizations.

Execution: Associate Members worked in different projects in collaboration with

the organization and understood the functioning of NGO

Gyaan Project This project was dedicated to provide knowledge and

skills to the students in a way that is fun and educational.

This project was for the bright kids who have the potential to be great personalities in the future

generation only if they are exposed to proper role models and guidance.

Working

Associate Members taught about English speaking and enhanced the vocabulary of the students.

They educated them about science which was based on amazing facts as well as their syllabus.

They also acquainted them about general knowledge and engaged them via co curricular activities like

dance and disaster management drills.

PROJECT: Youth Leadership Council

Purpose: This involved a mutual event like a walk or any cultural event with other organization which help in building a better CRM with other

organizations.

Skills Gained: The members who worked in this project developed an entrepreneurial

outlook and a collaborative approach. Associate members worked as HR in other organization’s events.

They developed a good understanding of EWA approach of AIESEC.

Execution: Associate Members worked in different events which were organized in

collaboration with other youth run organization which has helped in establishing cordial relation with other youth run organizations.

Road Safety Event with Arrive Safe and Rotary Club

Carnival in collaboration with college clubs

AM TRACKING The proper track of Associate Members was maintained throughout the term; moreover the feedbacks

of Associate Members after regular intervals were recorded. The daily activities of the Associate Members were also tracked by the tracker called ‘AM Activity’.

RECOGNITION The performing/ active Associate members were given externally endorsed certificates

These Associates members are preferred for ELD conversions.

SHOWCASING IMPACT

Yes, we were able to make our impact on the underprivileged and specially able kids of the city people, cities through our Associate member Activities.
