Vantage Management has worked with Kenrick Design/Construction

Services to restore Victorian-era buildings that had been abandoned

for years and partially building collapsed. KDCS was able to fully

reconstruct and restore the buildings. Kenrick’s skilled carpenters

were able to authentically recreate the exterior of the building,

including replicating 130 year old millwork details. This allowed us to

comply with National Park Service standards for restoration and

provided us access to state and federal historic tax credit programs.
