Foodbank Scheme Abacus Children’s Centre can now allocate Foodbank Vouchers.

The Foodbank gives vouchers, which can be exchanged for food

which is free of charge to families who find themselves in desperate need. If you find yourself in a crisis situation, please

come and see us. We will help if we can and you may be entitled to a voucher for 3 days’ food.

We are also a collection point for items of donated food

Saturday 10.30am - 12.30pm - Saturday Dads’ Club An informal play session for dads and their kids of any age, but more suitable for under 5’s. Cost is £2.00 per family, including a healthy snack. For term time only activities, the school holidays are from • Monday 25th March 2013 to Friday 5th April 2013. • Monday 27th May 2013 to Friday 7th June 2013 The Children’s Centre and Bright Beginnings Nursery are only closed on the Bank Holidays which are March 29th, April 1st, May 6th and May 27th.
