Students graduating in the classes of 2016 - 2019 must pass "A-G" courses with a grade of D or better. Semester courses earn 5 credits. Yearlong courses earn 10 credits. Exams do not earn any credits.

Ms. Lamperelli:Attendance Policy

• SPHS attendance policy is aligned with LAUSD district policy

• No more than 7 days of absence per school year

7 DAYS

• At the 8th absence, students are put on the stop clearance list

• Students with a stop clearance are prohibited from attending activities

• This includes all senior activities, including prom & graduation

• Appeals are available for seniors only if there has been a verifiable health emergency or extraordinary personal circumstance

Stop Clearance Process

TextbooksStudents will receive a stop clearance after this week and will not be able to attend ANY senior or school activities if books are not returned or debts are not paid. Please ask your child to see Ms. Kim in the library to check their status.
