and the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA), the Polk
County Builders Association (PCBA) is Polk County’s professional
association for the home building industry, serving member compa-
nies.
PCBA serves as a pro-active voice for positive planning and econom-
ic stability for our county and its residents. Our members share our
vision for a healthy and environmentally sound development
process that exemplifies the quality of life we all strive to achieve.
The construction industry continues to create hundreds of jobs for
families throughout Polk County. It provides new sources of income
for people in every sector of our county and generates new business
prospects for such seemingly unrelated industries as health care,
news media, suppliers of personal services, grocery stores, etc.
PCBA provides members an opportunity to increase the awareness
and profitability of their business, while investing in the future of
