Below are the proposed Terms & Conditions for providing Recruitment services :-
8.33% of annual salary for Trainee to Deputy Manager Level
10% of annual salary for Manager to DGM Level
12.5%of annual salary for GM & above Level

1. Payment within one month of the Joining Date of candidate placed.
2. Our fees exclusive of the statutory services tax , to be levied by us separately and payable by the client as per prevailing laws.
• In case a successful candidate’s employment is terminated by himself/ herself on orprior to completion of three months from the date of commencement of duty, we willrecommend a suitable candidate free of charge, only if service charges have been given.No replacement will be given after completion of three months or in case he’sTerminated by the Company.
