Strengths:

1) LC Campaign- Bring a Friend Campaign

2) Social Media (Programme Based Promotional Posters)

3) Associate Member Pool for Recruitments

4) Evolved Selection and Screening process

Weaknesses:

1) Timelines : February is peak oGCDP Raising Time aswell (Clash of Social Media Content Generation)- This is the Talent Promotion
