This week's episode looks at blog post search engine optimization. Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the visibility of a website or a web page in search engines via the "natural," or un-paid ("organic" or "algorithmic"), search results (from Wikipedia). Specifically, we look at seven of the most important on-page SEO factors that Google and the other search engines consider in their ranking algorithms. We also discuss the importance of creating quality problem solving and/or entertaining content for humans and not for search engines.
