EXECUTIVE SUMMARYSince 1948 AIESEC is an international platform for youth from all over the world that develop and explore their leadership potential. Nowadays, in a fast changing environment to maintain the stability but at the same time keep to foster the creativeness is an art. Thus the individual success of each member committee means the success of the entire network AIESEC Moldova as being a part of this high developed network in its 14 years of performance has registered a set of good results that make the entity more visible and thus one of the success. If the stories are not told they dont serve as a good lesson to carry out through organizational development. This is why this document that is the report of AIESEC Moldova will come to reflect and remind what were the most memorable and significant things of previous year. From the beginning the reader will be able to see who where the team in charge of AIESEC Moldova during 2012-2013 and also the foreword from the president of AIESEC Moldova. As it follows the report shows the level of performance during last year in terms of AIESEC programs and project initiatives.

A special moment in this report is dedicated to AIESEC Moldova supporters: companies and alumni and Supervisory Group that always encourage the development of AIESEC Moldova and stand by its growth. In outline, it is important to mention the idea that no organization will witness a growth until there is no ambition in long and short term plan. The ambition draws the results an organization can achieve and we hope that in years that come this tendecy should be expressed in each AIESEC Moldova strategy.

PERFORMANCE REPORTLEADERSHIP PROGRAM

In 2013 AIESEC delivered more than 24 000 leadership for young people around the world, with 97 experiences delivered

by AIESEC Moldova.

During one year, while being the Co-ordinatorof Branding Team in AIESEC Chisinau, I benefitted a re-education and an impulse of responsibility which was expressed through discipline and role modelling. Thanks to this experience, I realized the perspective of my career development in the future and I do not regret any single day.

Alexandru FloreaTeam Leader,AIESEC Chisinau, AIESEC Moldova

The experience of being the leader of an organization can not be descr ibed by the number of achievements and n o n - a c h i e v e m e n t s . W e managed to achieve minimum 70% growth in number of participant to each project of AIESEC Balti. I believe I manage to fulfill my role of leader considering that every member is conscious of their personal development, participates in international conferences and corporate sector representatives find it valuable to collaborate with us. I have guided a diverse team which also had the understanding of the system we work in, thus we were able to generate the desired impact.

Besides the fact that it is a privilege to lead an organization and to impact the development of young people in a country where it is really needed, here I learnt more than I could learn by having a regular job or studying at an university. I a m g r a t e f u l f o r a l l t h e challenges and lessons I got, because it completely shaped my personality!
