AFS Business Card Ordering Instructions
This document provides instructions for ordering Accenture Federal Services (AFS) business
cards with your new AFS email and phone number. If you have any questions please contact
Accenture Federal Services (AFS) Remote Work Site
1. Click on the following link to access the AFS Remote Work Site.
o https://www.acsc-orderform-redsharkgroup.com/afs/
2. Scroll to the orange box at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click either “For AFS employee” or “For Accenture employee”.
o This will open the Accenture Business Card Ordering site.

4. You must first register with the site using your AFS email address.
5. Click the “Register” button to open the Register screen.
6. If you encounter a security pop-up banner, choose to allow content.
Registration
1. Select “AFS” from the “Divisions” dropdown menu and the email field will automatically
populate with @accenturefederal.com.

2. Complete the required fields (marked by *).
Registration – Address Selection
1. Select the appropriate office location from the Office dropdown.
o Select “AFS – <Office Name>” if aligned (e.g. AFS – Arlington – Glebe Rd., AFS –
Camden, etc.)
o OR “AFS – Centralized Mail” if participating in the AFS Centralized Mail program

o OR “AFS – No Address” if not aligned to an AFS office or don’t want to include an
address
Registration Submission and Confirmation

1. Click “Submit” after all required fields have been completed.
o This will cause the Registration Confirmation screen to appear.
o Note that you can complete registration without providing an Office Phone and
Office Fax. Remember new Lync phone numbers were sent to AFS people as part of
the Outlook and Lync migration. Use the new Lync phone as your office number.
o You will be able to edit information on the business card (i.e. including a mobile
number, fax number, etc.) when completing the business card template.

2. An ‘Accenture Registration Confirmation’ email will be sent to you from Fine Arts Engraving.

Login
1. Enter your AFS email address and password.
2. Click “Login”.
Welcome
1. Upon login, the Welcome screen opens.
2. Click on “Business Card Options” to the left of the screen.
o An “Accenture Federal Services” link will appear.
3. Click “Accenture Federal Services”.

Choose the appropriate business card:
i. “AFS Standard Business Card”
ii. “AFS Leadership Business Card” (continue to page 9).
AFS Standard Business Card
1. When the AFS Standard Business Card option is selected the screen will automatically
populate with your registration information (name, address, phone number, etc.). You have
the opportunity to edit any of this information for display on your business card.
2. Review the AFS Standard Business Card guidelines in red at the top of the screen prior to
beginning your order.
3. When selecting the Office Location use the following guidelines:
o Select “AFS – <Office Name>” if aligned (e.g. AFS – Arlington – Glebe Rd., AFS –
Camden, etc.)
o OR “AFS – Centralized Mail” if participating in the AFS Centralized Mail program
o OR “AFS – No Address” if not aligned to an AFS office or don’t want to include an
address

4. Select amount of business cards to order.
o Business card order quantity will be determined by level. Managers and above can
order 250; all other levels can order 100.
5. Click “Add to Cart”.

AFS Leadership Business Card
1. When the AFS Leadership Business Card option is selected the screen will automatically
populate with your registration information (name, address, phone number, etc.). You have
the opportunity to edit any of this information for display on your business card.
2. Review the AFS Leadership Business Card guidelines in red at the top of the screen prior to
beginning your order.

3. When selecting the Office Location use the following guidelines:

Preview Screen – AFS Standard Business Card
Preview Screen –AFS Leadership Business Card
1. The Preview screen will appear after clicking “Add to Cart”.
2. You have the option to:
o Cancel
o Edit
o Proceed to Checkout
o Print
3. Once satisfied with the business card preview, click “Proceed to Checkout”.

Shopping Cart
1. You have the option to expedite their order at an extra cost of $35, but are highly
encouraged not to.
2. Check the second checkbox – “Check this box to accept”.
3. Prior to checkout, you have the following options:
o Resume Shopping
o Remove All Items From Cart
o Free Proof
o Edit
o Delete
4. If you are satisfied, click “Checkout”.

Shipping
1. The Shipping screen automatically populates with your registration information (name,
phone #, address, etc.).
2. Shipping Address
o If you are aligned to an AFS office you can enter an alternate valid shipping address
if you choose (e.g. home address).
o If you are not aligned to an AFS office, you must enter a valid shipping address (e.g.
home address) as you will not have an address on file.
3. Click “Next”.

Review
1. Review your order.
o Note: You cannot make changes once you have clicked ‘Submit Order”.
2. Click “Submit Order” to order your business cards.
