REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY

GENERAL CONTRACTING SERVICES FOR THE

GREENVILLE-SPARTANBURG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

March 27, 2020 This ADDENDUM forms a part of the Request for Proposal dated 3/13/20. Acknowledge receipt of this ADDENDUM in the space provided on Form 3. Failure to do so may subject Bidder to disqualification.

Item No. 1 Attendee list from the Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting is attached.

Item No. 2 PowerPoint presentation from the Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting is attached.

Item No. 3 Responding firms shall ensure that the responding firm’s name and the project name are on the cover of the submitted package.

Item No. 4 Bidder questions as received by 3/27/2020 are shown below.

Question #1: Mecklenburg County in Charlotte NC is now under a Stay-At-Home mandate thru April 16 due to COVID-19. With this mandate comes several restrictions. With that being said, can this proposal be submitted via email?

Answer #1: As airport operations is considered “essential services” as defined by the Mecklenburg County Mandate please submit all proposals as outlined in the RFQ.

Question #2: Can GSP provide standard form of agreement?

Answer #2: Yes. As noted in the RFQ, the standard form of agreement will be provided in an upcoming addendum.

Question #3: Is today’s meeting mandatory or does it just need to be noted on addenda?

Answer #3: The preproposal meeting was not mandatory and therefore firms not in attendance may submit a response to the RFQ.
