Registering a Vacancy:

Job Specification:1. In order to deliver the best and most appropriate selection of candidates we will need to take a detailed spec

from you either over the telephone or face to face. You can expect this to include: Required skill’s, location, personality traits, daily responsibilities, language requirements and your recruitment process.

Interview stages:We would advise on one of 3 options:

1. A telephone interview where you can call the candidate at a time and place of your choosing. We would be happy to do all first stage interviews on your behalf and feedback with a detailed candidate profile.

2. A face to face interview if this is possible3. You can take advantage of our contracting service and give us a specification. We will then match your

specification to one of our available engineer’s and we will send them onsite for the length of your requirement.

Acceptance:After acceptance of any offer, Ably offer an after service where we will manage the candidate until they start for you,

deal with any queries and speak with the candidate regularly to ensure they do not accept a counter offer.

Ably Placement Fee’s:

Contract: We will explain current market rates and candidate availability and give you a list of available candidates that you can

choose from.

Temporary Fixed Term ContractsUp to 5 months at 50% of introductory fee

5 up to 9 months at 75% of introductory fee

9 months + at 100% of introductory fee

Permanent Introductory Fees:Up to £25,000 – 20%

£25,001 - £35,000 - 22.5%

£35,001 and over - 25% +

• All fees are subject to minimum fee of £3,500.• All fees are subject to V.A.T. at the relevant rate.

All fee’s are subject to negotiation depending on the number of recruitment campaigns you can offer Ably Resources.
