At Whittlebury Park we have three separate stunning venues, The Orangery, The Atrium and The Pavilion. All of the venues are available year round and offer facilities for every type of wedding, regardless of size. You can hold both your
ceremony and reception at Whittlebury Park, or if you prefer to get married elsewhere – join us for the reception.
We take great pride in giving ‘your’ wedding a personal touch.

~ The Orangery Ceremony Hall ~
Your Wedding Ceremony
Whittlebury Park has several classical licensed venues in which we are able to hold your civil ceremony.
The Orangery ceremony hall has a magnificent stone floor, music from the grand piano and a sweeping wrought iron staircase.
Our ceremonies are set out with gold banqueting chairs, red carpet and two fresh flower pedestals as the focal point for the ceremony.
If you choose to have a civil ceremony with us, you will need to contact the Registrars’ office to discuss availability of dates and fees.

~ The Orangery ~
The Orangery
Orangeries became fashionable in the Georgian period and some wonderful examples of these beautiful buildings still survive today and are ideal for entertaining.
The Orangery is a stunning wedding venue licensed for civil ceremonies. The classical ceremony hall allows the Bride to arrive in style, making her entrance down the grand staircase or by car.
The banqueting suite (with bar) is suitable for 50 to 120 guests and opens onto a private courtyard. There is a side hall with cosy leather sofas for those who want to relax and chat.
A fabulous dance floor completes this spacious venue.
The photo opportunities are endless, with a magnificent waterfall and beautiful countryside.
~ The Pavilion Banqueting Suite ~
The Pavilion
The Pavilion looks out over acres of parkland, adjacent to the old cricket pitch.
The banqueting room seats up to 200 guests and is styled to resemble a marquee with a white marquee lining in the summer and a starlight ceiling in the winter and crystal chandeliers. The large bar area adjoining the banqueting room has
a classical fireplace and is furnished with comfy leather sofas.
The Pavilion opens out onto a large terrace and lawn with woodland running along the side and a lovely balcony for photos.
~ The Atrium ~
The Atrium
The impressive entrance hall and Terrace room offers a grand welcome for you and your guests on arrival. The large terrace overlooking the golf course and lake is ideal for celebration drinks.
The spacious Atrium has stunning views from the panoramic balconies that surround this building and offers the perfect backdrop for your wedding.
The Atrium is the most versatile venue as it can seat 40-400 guests. It is also licensed for civil ceremonies, and provides maximum flexibility for your special day.

Menus
At Whittlebury Park we pride ourselves in using the best quality, fresh produce sourced locally wherever possible to create delicious menus.
All dishes are made by our own dedicated team of Chefs and can be adapted to suit personal tastes. We are more than happy to cater for guests with special dietary requirements.
We have pleasure in enclosing a selection of our current menus which we trust you will find of interest and hope we shall have the opportunity of showing you around.
~ The Paddocks - Superior Room ~
Accommodation
The Paddocks offers 40 stylish en-suite bedrooms with a range of king-size, twin and family rooms.
These rooms are beautifully furnished, clean, spacious with tea & coffee facilities, TV and free WIFI. Please note The Paddocks do not offer a ‘room service’.
Private dining can be arranged for everyone to enjoy breakfast together the following day.

~ Photo Opportunities ~
Hints for your reception
After the ceremony or on arrival from the Church it is customary to celebrate by offering your guests a reception drink whilst the photographs are taking place. Canapes can be offered to guests with drinks and often we have a pianist, string quartet or harp to
play background music during this time.
This is traditionally followed by a receiving line when the bride and groom together with their parents formally welcome their guests to the wedding breakfast.
After coffee is served, the cake cutting ceremony takes place together with the appropriate toasts and speeches which the Best Man or a Toastmaster (if you have chosen to have one) will announce.
The speeches take place in the following order:
• Bride’s Father - who toasts the health and happiness of the Bride & Groom
• Groom - replies to thank the Bride’s parents as hosts, presents flowers to Mothers, thanks everyone for attending and toasts the bridesmaids, often giving them a small gift to remember the day by.
• Best Man - replies on behalf of the bridesmaids, makes a speech, reads the wedding cards and telegrams.

The Atrium Clubhouse has a top of the range Callaway Custom Fitting Centre, one of only four in Europe. The custom fit experience uses the most up to date radar technology and enables golfers of all abilities to be analysed
