Our Special Offers

Your Wedding Terms & Conditions1. DEPOSIT – In order to secure the booking, a deposit of £500.00 is required within 14 days of making a

provisional booking. A further payment of £750.00 is applicable six months prior to the date of the wedding.

2. CANCELLATIONS – e requested deposit is non refundable and non transferrable. Cancellations will onlybe accepted in the form of written confirmation.

3. MINIMUM NUMBERS (wedding packages) – final numbers must be confirmed 48 HOURS prior to your wedding

i. McWilliam Suite 1 and 2 – 100 adultsii. McWilliam Suite 1 or 2 – 100 adultsiii. Middleton Room – 40 adultsb. (ese will be the minimum final numbers charged for these rooms)

4. PRICES – Please note that prices indicated are based on today’s costs & are subject to fluctuation on a yearlybasis. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.

5. CHILDREN – Children under 12 years old can avail of the kids menu or ½ portion of the adult meal, pricesavailable on request. Children must vacate the hotel before 9pm.

6. ROOM HIRE – Room hire is included in the 3 wedding packages; however room hire is charged if you decidenot to take a wedding package.

i. McWilliam Suite 1 & 2 – £300.00ii. McWilliam Suite 1 or 2 – £250.00iii. Middleton Room – £200.00

7. AMENDMENTS –Should you find it necessary to make any alterations to your details, please ensure youspeak to your Wedding Coordinator.

8. ACCOMMODATION – We would advise anyone wishing to retain a block booking of bedrooms, to make aprovisional reservation at the time of booking your wedding. Rooming list must be confirmed one month inadvance otherwise the rooms will be released.

9. FINAL DETAILS –Please arrange an appointment with your Wedding Coordinator at least 4-6 weeks prior tothe wedding, in order to discuss and finalise all arrangements for your special day.

10. FINAL NUMBERS – And any special dietary needs should be confirmed 48 hours beforehand and these willbe the minimum numbers charged for. (Refer to Point 3)

11. ACCOUNT – Full account to be settled 2 days before the wedding by either cash/bankers draft or approvedcredit card.

12. GENERAL – e hotel reserves the right to approve any external entertainment or activities which you havearranged, and cannot accept liability for any result on cost. All food and beverage must be supplied by thehotel. It is hotel policy not to permit corkage including miniatures as Wedding favours.

13. RESPONSIBILITY – e client assumes responsibility for damage caused by them or their guests or any otherpersons attending the function whether in the function room or any other part of the hotel and undertakes tomake good or pay restitution for making good any material damage to furniture, fixtures or fittings.
