We felt we must write to say a big thank you to everyone for making our wedding day on the 16th of August

so perfect. The staff were an absolute credit to the Park House Club, everything went smoothly, the sit down

meal was superb and we couldn’t have asked for a better service. We have to add the buffet was also amazing

- so much and so delicious.

We all will never forget this most memorable day and we can assure you that everyone who was at this

wedding had a thoroughly enjoyable day and evening, most not wanting it to end.

We are delighted you are considering Park House Club as

the venue for this special celebration.

Housed in a magnificent Grade 1 listed building designed

by William Burges, the building is considered to be a

master piece in Gothic residential design, situated in one

of the finest areas of Cardiff.

Whatever the size of your wedding party we have a room

that will suit your needs, there are a variety of rooms to

choose from and we will be delighted to help you select

the perfect venue that is right for you.

The largest of our rooms the Burges restaurant is a wonderfully traditional and elegant space to enjoy your first meal

together as a married couple prepared by our chef and his team.

The quirky, gothic – inspired features and ornamental detail of Burges’ work have been combined with contemporary

tones to create an ambience of sophisticated luxury for you and your wedding guests to dine in. Accommodating 50-100

guests for the ceremony and 80 – 100 for the Wedding breakfast.

The Burges Restaurant

Interconnected with the Burges Restaurant is the

Morning Room. This is the perfect space for a small

intimate Ceremony on its own holding 45-50 guests for

the Ceremony and 50-60 for the Wedding Breakfast.

For those with a larger wedding party The Burges

restaurant and Morning Room can jointly cater for 150

guests for both the ceremony, Wedding Breakfast and

Evening party.

We also include in our packages the use of our marquee

all day and evening free of charge for you and your guests

to use. Weather permitting this is a great place to hold

a drinks reception in conjunction with Vanilla rooms. *if

only the evening party is taking place there may be a small

additional charge.

As well as being the perfect venue to hold a Wedding,

Park House Club is renowned for its 1st class dining

and exceptional range of wines and champagnes. With

our very own wine director, mixologist and our creative

team of chefs we pride ourselves in being the best when

it comes to fine dining. As we want to make your day as

perfect as possible all of our team will be on hand to help

and personalise every detail of your wedding every step of

the way.

Wine and Dine

Located on the lower ground floor of the club Vanilla

Rooms is the perfect place to treat your guests to a glass

of champagne or cocktail while we prepare your room for

your evening party. This is also a fabulous area to hold

a drinks reception on arrival of your guests or after the

ceremony.

Vanilla Rooms

Inclusive with all our packages we can provide your table

plan, name cards and table numbers, complimentary tea

and coffee with your wedding breakfast and ensure the

rest of the flowers at the Park House match your colour

theme. We can also store wedding favours or anything else

needed the day before the wedding.

To help you decide on the perfect menu for your wedding

breakfast we offer a complimentary taster, where the bride

and groom can come and sample your chosen menu with

our team of specialists on hand to help you decide.

We also invite you back to celebrate the anniversary of

your 1st year of marriage with a complimentary meal.

Planning the most important day of your life can be

somewhat daunting, which is why we assign your own

dedicated Wedding Co Ordinator to be with you every step

of the way, from your first enquiry through the planning to

overseeing every last detail on the big day.

As Park House Club is a private members club there is

a discounted rate available for members when they book

a wedding with us. Non members are eligible to receive

this discount if they sign up to one of our membership

packages.

Why not also keep us in mind for the events leading up

to your big day. The Vanilla Rooms is the perfect place to

start your hen and stag night, and a great place for those

wanting to throw the bride a bridal shower for her and a

group of her friends. For those who prefer a quieter hen or

stag why not come and dine in the Burges restaurant, relax

and enjoy the first class service you will experience on your

wedding day.

*If you haven’t already celebrated your engagement then

Now contact the us to book a consultation with our

wedding co ordinator and view the facilities at Park House

on 02920 224343.

Next Provisionally hold you preferred date at the club

for 14 days while you contact your Church or Registrar to

check their availability.

Then Confirm your date with Park House, terms and

conditions will then be sent to you. Once signed and

returned with a non refundable deposit of £500 your date

and arrival will be confirmed.

3 Months Prior Appointment to discuss the arrangements

and menu choices for your wedding and book in your

complimentary taster dinner

1 Month Prior Your final appointment with your wedding

co ordinator to finalise the details and numbers you

discussed at your ‘three month’ appointment. Payment of

your final balance will be required 14 days prior to your

wedding.

1 Week Before Arrange to deliver any gifts, favours,

wedding cake and table decorations to the club.
