We are PT Hidroflex Indonesia, is an Indonesian Australian joint
venture company specializing in design and manufacturing of metallic
and non metallic expansion joints, Industrial Strainers and Pressure
Vessels. We manufacture high quality products for superior
performance to meet the various needs of Power Plant (Gas, Steam,
Coal, Solar and Geothermal), Refineries, Styrene, LNG, Desalination,
Polypropylene, PTA, Mining plants, Cement, Steel, Food & Beverage
industry, etc. Our Q/A Management includes ISO 9001‐2008, ISO 14001‐
2001, ISO18001‐2007 and our product qualification includes PED
97/23/EC Module D1, ASME “U” “R” & “NB” Stamped certification.
In Addition to this, we design and manufacture Storage Tanks, Steam
Silencers, Exhaust Stacks and Exhaust systems including high
performance Exhaust Silencers with good sound attenuation and with

THE COMPANY

completely dedicated to manufacture above equipments. The factory is
located at Cibinong, Jawa Barat with a factory area of 6800 Sq.
meters and a workforce of 185 employees, with a strong network of
local & overseas agents, suppliers and subcontractors.

METAL BELLOWS ‐ PRODUCT DESIGN & MATERIAL
We can supply bellows in `U' shaped, Toroidal, Multiply, Reinforced
in different materials, Austenitic stainless steel is the material
most commonly used in the manufacture of bellows elements. This is
high quality material suitable for most service conditions. However
a choice of bellows material, such as INCOLOY, INCONEL, MONEL,
NICKEL, 253MA, TITANIUM, HASTELLOY and others are available for
special applications.

Vessels
1. Mechanical design based on ASME Sec VIII, Div I
2. Technical Purchase Specification for various materials based
on ASME Sec II Part A & B.
3. Documents related to ISO such as design development plan,
design inputs, design review & verification.
4. Releasing Exhibits for the bought out items with technical
requirements.
5. Doing optimum design taking input from data sheets &
specifications.
6. Preparing Technical Delivery condition to client for their
approval.
7. Checking the drawings based on design which includes Design
data, General Notes, Material standard, Bill of Material, UG‐
22 loading for U‐Stamp, Foundation data, WRC‐107, Hold points,
Dimensions, Tolerances, Weld details etc. rechecking to
confirm all comments are incorporated.
8. Present the design review to the management.
9. On the revision stage take care all comments/DRNs are
incorporated.
10. Preparation for MDR (Manufacturing Data Report) for U‐Stamp
jobs.
