IPS Trade.com is an global independent, privately owned procurement and trading house with specific knowledge of a wide range of MRO materials, providing procurement and logistical services to various Petrochemical Industries, worldwide. IPS Trade is the mother company of the group based in the Netherlands near the one of largest Port of the World Rotterdam. We are your partner for the supply of bulk materials, providing solutions and managing your projects anywhere in the world. By closely following international market developments, we are able to source, supply and deliver worldwide. In addition to our wide range of standard piping products, we keep one of the largest stocks of high pressure valves.

Our Group is a one stop supplier for piping bulk materials and well known for its deliveries to 25 countries worldwide.

The materials we provide include: ** Piping materials (pipes, flanges, fittings, stud bolts, gaskets..) ** Plates, Steel profile, and raw materials for Vessels, tanks and heat exchangers (plates, beams, rods, angles, profiles..) ** Instrumentation materials (tubing, compression fittings, manifolds) ** Valves (ball, gate, globe, check, butterfly, needle, DBB, etc.) ** Electrical Equipment (cables, JB, lugs) ** All Project required certain or special or customed materials.. In order to be able in offering our customers the best service we launched into our organization, we have different internal system & Software, e.g. “SOVIS”, “Business base” etc. which will register all internal / external processes for the integrated supply chain for the projects’ process, such as enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, financial management, price lists, stock data control, delivery time control, etc. points to make the supply chain to achieve the optimal conditions. We keep our ideation to save time and cost to our customer and also ourselves.

IPS Trade.com offers a wide range of procurement and trading house services to international customers. IPS has over 13 years of experience in sourcing Maintenance, Repair and Operations products for the petrochemical industry.

These services are provided to customers on all five continents. Many customers opt to sign a total procurement services agreement, whereby IPS Trade takes over almost all activities of the customer's purchasing department. Logistics Department is responsible for:

- tracking at the manufacturer to ensure quality and respect of schedules

- equipment preparation and assignment

- inspection coordination

- monitoring of both packaging and branding

- transport (either directly point-to-point or via a logistics platform)

- issuance of transport documents (invoices, packing lists, customs formalities, transport

clearances, etc.) and transmission of all payment-related documents.

- customs operations (customs certification) and integrated international transit service.

Sales & Procurement:

complex request for quotation with technical specifications

consisting of over 500 line-items, our sales engineers will source

and find what you or your clients are looking for.

Detailed knowledge of manufacturers capabilities and capacities

are an essential element in project work.

The group operates a system for approved manufacturers (IPS

have ISO 9001 certification from QMS) which includes all the

recognised first class manufacturers and some who are

internationally less well known.

Manufacturers are chosen based on their ability to meet specific

contract requirements, in particular technical compliance, quality

and delivery performance.

The group's independence allows them to select the

manufacturers best suited to meet project requirements, to split

orders amongst several producers and to combine stock and

mill deliveries.

Key personnel is available 24/7. If you need materials we do not stock, we will have them manufactured according to your specifications and delivered to you when convenient.

INSPECTION

Whenever inspection (material, certificates, packing and marking etc.) is required, our quality department coordinates with your assigned inspection-agency.

QA/QC Department

Quality management is an integral part of the IPS Trade organisation. The company has been certified by QMS to ISO 9001. The Quality Manual and related procedures are working documents familiar at all levels in the company, and constantly reviewed for effectiveness by management. The system is designed to ensure that all customers requirements are met, whilst retaining the ability to act quickly without being stifled by bureaucracy. Decision-making is local but with inbuilt checks and balances to ensure the elimination of errors. The system is regularly reviewed by audit to double check that all is well and to learn from mistakes. Formal meetings of the directors and management from all parts of the group are held annually to review the company quality objectives and set targets for the future as well as the instigation of preventive action, so that the group makes year on year improvements to its service to clients.
