Good morning and welcome to Sunset. We have guests with us this morning and we are truly thankful for your presence. How blessed we are to worship a God who loves us so much he gave his son on our behalf!
Make plans to be back this evening at 5 PM as we worship with our Hispanic brothers and sisters and
enjoy a potluck meal following services.
And big thank you to the group who met last Saturday morning to work on the courtyard at Holland Elementary. We so much appreciate Bruce Chil-ton‘s leadership on this project and anticipate helping with future endeavors. Hopefully you got to see some of the pictures of the work before worship this morning.
Also, let me say thank you for your great support last Sunday evening for our children. Our young men did an outstanding job with our worship time and the reports on our children’s classes as well as the curriculum were out-standing. A big thanks to all who had a part in putting the evening together.
Last Sunday afternoon, we had a chance to celebrate the anticipated arrival of the Bates' baby girl. Phillip and Alayna were so appreciative and wanted to share these words with you. I will let Phillip finish our article: “Church Family, words are inadequate to express how thankful Alayna and I are for each and every one of you. The shower for our baby girl last week was both beautiful and generous. Thank you to all who had a hand in making us feel so special. Alayna and I are so excited to be a part of this incredible family. May God bless you all!...Grace and Peace, Phillip.”
