MOCHA SHAKE 2 scoop of Arbonne chocolate protein powder + 1/2 scoop of Arbonne Fiber 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or rice milk, may add ice and water 1 tbsp of almond butter 1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals
BLACKBERRY TANG 2 scoop of Arbonne protein powder + 1/2 scoop of Arbonne Fiber 1/4 cup organic coconut milk + 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or rice milk, may add ice & water 1 tbsp of almond butter 1 pomegranate Arbonne fizzy tab, dissolved in 1/2 cup water 1/4 to 1/2 cup of fresh/frozen unsweetened blackberries

Use a blender with some ice for your Arbonne protein shakes. I generally make a 16 ounces shake as a meal replacement or a recovery shake after a hard workout.
