Programa de Excelência Empresarial Embraer – P3E �Programa de Excelência Empresarial Embraer (P3E), um sistema baseado em um modelo japonês que tem por objetivos levar a gestão, os processos e os produtos Embraer ao nível de excelência a partir da melhora na capacitação de todos os empregados e lideranças da Empresa. Os quatro pilares que fundamentam o P3E são: O desenvolvimento da cultura organizacional da Embraer O desenvolvimento das pessoas A formação contínua de líderes e de suas habilidades de gestão A busca da excelência e eficiência em todos os processos da Empresa   Este último utiliza-se do Kaizen, na filosofia Lean, para melhorar os processos de maneira integrada.��O programa desenvolveu-se a partir da constituição, baseada no fluxo de valor da Empresa, de células de melhoria contínua. O avanço das células nas etapas do programa passa por um processo de certificação que tem início na qualificação básica e passa, sucessivamente, aos níveis bronze, prata e ouro, de acordo com a performance. Utilizam-se diversas ferramentas para o treinamento dos empregados e de manutenção excelente das operações em cada setor. Todo participante de cada uma das células tem autonomia para resolver problemas. Para isso há as clínicas de qualidade, que identificam as dificuldades e possibilitam a reparação de erros. Há também a matriz de habilidade, que mostra as capacidades técnicas das pessoas de cada célula e, com isso, permite ajustes e treinamentos necessários. O trabalho de treinamento de líderes é feito em três etapas: a) o programa para novas lideranças; b) o aperfeiçoamento das habilidades de comando; c) a formação de novos empresários, com o objetivo de garantir a perpetuidade do negócio. O líder deve estar sempre alinhado com os valores do P3E para contagiar os subordinados e, com isso, reduzir o desperdício e aumentar a competitividade da Embraer. O programa estabeleceu ainda, uma cultura de expressão em que os empregados expõem soluções e inovações ao processo operacional e de gestão, além de novos valores para a Embraer: importância das equipes para o sucesso da Empresa, o servir bem aos clientes, a busca contínua pela excelência, a inovação como marca da Empresa, o pensamento global e o alinhamento com a sustentabilidade.
