conferences of AIESEC in Asia Pacific Region, Asia Pacific Leaders Summit

2015, after the long waiting for this opportunity.

Asia Pacific Leaders Summit 2015 is a powerful space for individual

development, and, importantly, connecting with the diversity from Asia

Pacific region that you will never see in any conference. You can look

forward to join our special events, such as Thailand Youth Speak Forum,

Global Village, and other surprises, that will fulfill your memorable

experience through the whole conference.

the land of smile. Although there was an inconvenient situation in our

country recently, we believe that we, all Thai citizens, will pass it and retune

the happiness to Thailand together.

APLS Asia Pacific Leader Summit 2015 at Thailand!

This international congress is a platform for young leaders throughout

Asia Pacific to share their knowledge and experience to achieve an

integrated roles and goals toward AIESEC 2015.

This conference is a touch point between AIESEC international (AI)

and Local Committee President (LCP) to make them have a same

understanding. Moreover, this is the collaboration within Asia Pacific

region.

The conference will be a 5 days 4 nights, in terms of fun, enjoy,

professional working, meeting awesome people, create your wonderful

experience and roll call dance from 23 countries in Asia Pacific.

Asia Pacific is going to be held in Thailand from 28 November 2015 to

2 December 2015. We are looking forward to see you soon!

Youth Speak Forum is a premiere event that brings together both

young and senior leaders to form a diverse cross-sector and multi-

generational space for inspiring conversations around pressing global

issues and initiating action together

Global Village in Thai Temple fair

It won’t be same global village as you always have because this time

it’s Global Village in Thai Temple Fair. Showcase your country in the one of

the oldest and famous festival in Thailand. Enjoy eating with a lot of

delicious food in “Food zone”. Play Traditional game and get some

APLS party is different from the other party because we divided the

happiness into 3 zones. “Drinking zone” is a zone for people who like the

chilling environment for sit , drink and talk with the acoustic music.

“Gamble zone” is a zone for learn the Thai gamble and get some special

reward. “Party zone” is the place for people who extremely love party and

dancing.

Other hotel's facilities: In the hotel also has minimart to provide you

REGISTRATION RULE

Only AIESEC Local Committee Presidents: Outgoing, Current and

Incoming LCPs term 2015-2016 are eligible to join the conference.

The conference will have three rounds of registration:

>> Early Bird: 15th September, 2015 (18.00) - 21st September, 2015 (23.59)

>> Standard Round: 28th September, 2015 (18.00) - 8th November, 2015 (23.59)

(This is the last round of registration, don't miss it!)

CANCELLATION RULE

Cancellation will be accepted and delegation fee will not need to be

paid if registration is cancelled before 20th October, 2015

Cancellation will be accepted and delegation fee will have to be

paid a half if registration is cancelled from 21th October, 2015 - 8th

November, 2015

Cancellation will not be accepted and delegation fee will have to be

paid full if registration is cancelled after 8th November, 2015

In case, you do not pay the cancellation fee, it will be billed to your LC’s account

invoice for the Conference. CC will cooperate with MCVP Finance in each entity to

collect the fee.


Fees

Early Bird Delegate Fee: 185 EURO Standard Delegate Fee: 195 EURO

Damage fees: 600 BAHT (Pay in the 1st day of conference and all

payment to be made in BAHT)

At the end of conference, if there is no damage caused, the

damage fee will be returned to each delegate.

How to submit fee?

CC highly appreciates the delegation fee to be submitted via Western

Union, the details are as follows:

For Delegates who are not Thai

1. Western Union: All payment to be made on EURO

Delegate Fees need to be paid via Western Union and please note

that delegates need to be responsible for any fees charged by Western

Union.

After you transfer the money, please submit those information stated

above to the email [email protected] to confirm with us. After

receiving your money, we will confirm with you via email. (form for sending

the receipt)

After we are informed by Western Union in Thailand that the money

has arrived, we will confirm to you again via email.

You need to submit fee for us within 7 days after you registered. For

any reason money is submitted later than 7 days, you need to inform us or

else the registration will be cancelled.

Note: For any reasons in an Early Bird Round, if you submit the fee

later than 7 days after you registered, you need to pay as the Standard

Price Round.

2. Cash In Hand: All payment to be made in Thai Baht

Just in case there is no Western Union in your country, you will submit

the fees in the 1st day of the conference during check-in. Remember CC

will only accept fee in Baht only.

List of countries that are allowed to pay on the 1st day of the

conference because of no western union: Iran, Sri Lanka and India.
