1. A deposit is required to confirm all events listed in the brochure, final payment is required by 5th November 2018 – for all Christmas and New Year Party Nights. Final payment for Private Dining will be stipulated in the agreement. Final payment for all other events is required by 5th November 2018.

2. For residential bookings a £50 deposit is required per room then final payment is required by 5th November 2018. All payments including deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation.

3. We reserve the right to move the event to an alternative room, subject to numbers, without prior notice.

4. Accommodation rates are based on two people sharing a signature twin/double bedroom and include a full English breakfast, unless otherwise stated, such as a Family Room in Parkland Lodge.

17. For some events over the festive period, it may be necessary for guests to share tables or for the hotel to split large groups on to more than one table. Please discuss your requirements with the hotel and every attempt will be made to accommodate these.

18. All inclusive golf is subject to weather conditions and should the courses be closed an alternative activity will be arranged in the PGA National Academy, bad weather vouchers will not be issued.

19. Please be advised that all activities need to be pre booked prior to arrival as golf and spa can be busy and we advise pre booking to avoid disappointment.

21. The Belfry operates a responsible drinking policy. In order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff we cannot allow guests to bring their own alcohol for consumption on the premises. We reserve the right to confiscate any alcohol brought onto the premises.
