3-D Hybrid Cubic Air CellThe 3-D Hybrid Cubic Air Cell combines the features of a wrap-around style BCJ and a back-inflation BCJ into a unique streamlined hybrid design. The air cell offers increased lift capacity over standard back-inflation jackets and a more streamlined, comfortable fit underwater and on the surface.

A.P.A. (Active Purge Assist)Exclusive to TUSA, the Active Purge Assist is a pneumatically assisted power inflator. Using a piston, the power inflator activates a stainless steel cable connected to the shoulder dump valve. The APA assures a quick response when deflating air from the BC.

A.W.L.S. (Advanced Weight Loading System)TUSA’s patented Advanced Weight Loading System (A.W.L.S.) allows the diver to insert weight into both left and right weight cartridges eliminating the need for a weight belt. Rear trim pockets combine with the A.W.L.S. to optimally balance the weight load on each TUSA integrated BC jacket.

A.W.L.S. II (Advanced Weight Loading System)The 2nd generation A.W.L.S. continues to enhance TUSA weight integrated BC jackets by incorporating a newly designed ergonomic handle grip and quick-lock feature. Release the weight cartridges with ease by simply turning the handle grip vertically 90° in either direction.

Back PlateThe aluminum back plate design allows the user to dive with single or double tanks.

BCJ Donut BladderThe Donut Bladder creates a circular air ring providing more stability and control for the user. The air can move around the bladder as the diver shifts and moves in the water improving diver buoyancy.

Dual TankThe Dual Tank feature allows for twin tank configuration.

Independent Harness System (I.H.S.)The Independent Harness System isolates the BC jacket’s harness from the air cell, tightly supporting the tank even with changes in air cell inflation/deflation. The I.H.S. prevents tank slippage and eliminates any gaps between the tank and your back.

RiteTite BuckleThe RiteTite Buckle is a 2-position cam strap for quick and easy adjustment. While the strap is being looped through the buckle, the buckle stays in place without needing to be held. This allows for more control and stability. This feature is part of all TUSA BCJ’s.

Ultimate Stabilizing Harness (U.S.H.)TUSA’s Ultimate Stabilizing Harness completely eliminates tank roll and delivers an amazing fit. The U.S.H. securely holds the air cylinder in place with optimally placed rails and brings the tank closer to the body increasing tank control while reducing weight.

180 Buckle SystemThe buckle rotates a full 180 degrees to accommodate varying head sizes for optimum fit. The thin frame and rotation of the buckle allows the mask to be folded into a compact size.

3-D StrapTUSA’s patented 3-D Strap is a true three-dimensional design that snugly fits against the head’s natural curvature. The 3-D strap offers unprecedented comfort and fit unlike standard flat mask straps.

Angle Strap AdjustorThe Five (5) Angle Strap Adjustor allows for a five position micro-adjustment on both the left and right sides of the mask. This enables vertical (up/down) and horizontal (left/right) pressure on the face to be delicately adjusted for the optimum fit.

Each person has a unique facial structure and every diver experiences either some level of discomfort, or “pressure” and “squeeze” while wearing a typical mask underwater. TUSA engineers wanted to solve these problems and spent several years analyzing mask fit, facial bone structure and mouth movement. The result is Freedom Technology, a set of revolutionary new mask features which deliver superior fit, comfort and increased performance. Experience Freedom today.

Dimpled Skirt: Key areas around the forehead and cheek bones have been designed with dimples which combine to increase the skirt’s softness, flexibility and skin surface contact. This also greatly reduces leakage and enhances comfort.

Varied Silicone Thickness: When in usage, a regulator or snorkel mouthpiece can distort areas of the nose pocket and mouth section causing leakage and discomfort.

Stability Ridges: As water pressure increases a mask will compress inwards toward the face often causing further leakage. Areas under the cheek bones have been reinforced with stability ridges to minimize this compression maintaining ideal skin surface contact.
