GROUP AIR REBATE POLICIES

When booking air, correct passport names are required. Name changes may result in airline penalties.• Air quotes are not a guarantee of space.• Air will be requested with at least 25% of names and per person land deposits, and tour / land space is confirmed.• Our associates will not assume that air is to be added to a booking for which a quote was given. We must be explicitly instructed • to add air.A signed copy of the air policy must be received prior to requesting air.• If specific air requests are made (e.g., air carrier, schedule and / or routing preferences, etc.), then an estimated air price can be • provided, but is not guaranteed. When 25% of names and per person land deposits are obtained, air is then booked with the air carrier at the best rate available.Preferential changes made after air is confirmed will incur a $50 revision fee per change plus any fare increase and / or additional • airline penalties. Preferential changes include any request to change based on carrier / schedule / routing for the group or individu-als.Air confirmation is subject to availability at the time air is required.•
