Construction
of MCS at SRIJANG.
Plastering to GF is in progress.
Casting of brick wall at FF up to beam bottom level completed. Checked the height of FF brick wall and found to be 2850mm
which was ok. Instructed the contractor to provide Tar felt paper on brick wall
before beam reinforcement is putting in place. Checked the size of door and window opening and found as
per drawing. Checked the dia of FF column and found to be 400mm which
was as per drawing. Checked the thickness of DG room roof slab and found to be
110mm which was ok. Plastering to ground floor roof slab with cement& sand mortar
of proportion 1:4 in progress which was ok. KONARK PSC of week-24 April-2015 being used in
plastering work which was OK. Checked the plaster surface by straight edge and found
satisfactory. Instructed the contractor to provide baffle wall inside septic
tank as per drawing. The contractor constructed plinth protection toe wall of height
740mm above GL in front of building which seems drawing not being followed. Instructed the contractor to dismantle the

toe wall and construct of height for smooth approach to plinth. Instructed the contractor to produce concrete cube test report of
roof slab and brick test report to TPQA for audit.
