The board meeting is on November 30th at Wesbanco at 5pm.

No meeting next week.

The meeting on Dec 2nd will be at the Cranberry Municipal Building.

Starting on December 16th, the meetings will be held at St Peters Church on Grandview Ave. until the new Spring St Café location is completed.

Sheila Talerico from Glade Run provided us with an update with their licensing (photo below). They are asking for Rotarians to support their program to bring Christmas toys to at risk youth staying at their facility. You can pick up a Christmas tag which has the child’s gift wishes and purchase those items and drop them off at Glade Run or at Beth Marshall’s Hair Salon. They will also be doing a Polar Express event at The Strand on December 3rd and it’s FREE!

Christmas party is 6 p.m. Dec. 9 at Camp Kon-O-Kwee. Rotarians whose last name begins with a letter A-L please take a dessert to share; M-Z please take an appetizer. Event is BYOB. Contact Neal if you haven’t signed up yet.

Rotary Foundation Update: As of November 18, 2016, our goal of $4,500 has been 75% met; we have received $3,375. We have 43 members. Of these, 24 have given something, for a participation rate of 55.8%. 13 of the 43 (30.2%) have reached their goal.

The Board will be having an election for a new president following Charlie Deer’s term and will need to fill two spots on the board.

We are looking to continue the Youth Exchange Program and will be discussing this at a future meeting.

Pancake Breakfast – Phil Lope thanked everyone for helping out. According to the report handed to Betsy from Jim, invoices totaled $1,343.79, cash deposited totaled $2,460.00, netting $1,116.21 for the event. Attendance was tallied at 235 adults and 32 children.
