If your child is nominated bytheir teacherfor a ‘thank you’, we will notify you via Parent Pay byThursday each week,to allow you to try and make arrangements, should you wishto attend.

If your child has just moved from Year 2 into Year 3: Please note they will no longer automatically have a Free

School Meal. All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 receive a Free School Meal, regardless of your income status.

These are Universal Free School Meals!!

If you think yourchild is entitled to a FSM in any other year group, you will have to apply or should have proof of this,

whichthe school office will need to see. If you are unsure then please seek advice at the St Georges Centre, (near the Asda in

Middleton). School meals will need to be paid for on Parent Pay weekly, if youdo not wishfor your child to have a paid

school lunch please ensure you provide them with a packed lunch each day.

Please ensure yourchild has brought home an acceptance slip for any clubs you have

applied for as this will confirm they have a place. All our voluntary after school clubplaces are limited and are not a guaranteed after school club childcare facility.If your child has not gained a place at this time, they will be added to the waiting list and

these club places will be changed each term toallow all children the chance to take part

Year 6 Residential Information for our now Year5 Children - September 2020

As you know wetake our Year 6 cohort on a weeklong residential, the second

week back of the new term. Next year we are going to Herd Farm residential andactivity centre — this is a new centre for us but we know it will still be a brilliant

experience for our new Year 6 cohort. Watch outfor the letter, asking for a £10

deposit and obtaining your confirmation that you wish your child to go

(total cost £50).
