The Company manufactures over 150 different
products in all grades and in accordance to the
American Petroleum Institute (API) 5L & 5CT in parallel
to the ISO 13679 CAL I, II & III.
Calvert Group has extensive experience machining gas
tight premium threads for high torque, high collapse
and standard, premium and quick turn threads.
Calvert Group serves over 400 clients worldwide and
has currently most state of art production and
inspection facilities in China, Georgia, Vietnam and
Inner Mongolia.
To date our yearly production stands at 418,000 tons
and will increase 2014 to 440,000 tons.

SEAMLESS
In 1986 Calvert Group began manufacturing seamless
carbon, alloy, stainless and duplex/super duplex pipe and
fittings for the oil, gas, power industries and also
gas/steam injection pipe. In 1991 Calvert started the
production of Heavy Crude Double Wall Jacketed
Insulated pipe, clad pipe and casing/tubing and drill pipe.
In late 2006, Calvert commissioned the world’s most
advance large diameter production and inline inspection
monitoring technology for carbon, stainless steel, alloy
and chrome seamless pipe making. In addition to pipe
making Calvert also maintains an in-house certified NACE
Laboratory.
In 2007, annual production of large diameter seamless
increased to over 266,000 tons for both on/offshore pipe
and 4,600 tons of large diameter induction bending.
In 2008, American Steel Institute presented our new mill
with the Q1A award for quality, safety and on-time
deliveries to oil and gas industry.
Calvert Group also works extensively with research
centers, universities, independent laboratories and
leading metallurgical scientist worldwide to develop
special products for H²S and CO² corrosive applications.

Calvert Group offers a full range of proprietary and API
drill pipe, drill collars, heavy weight drill pipe, and drill
stem components, Calvert Group is the single source
for all drill stem needs from the top-drive to the bit
sub. Current production stands at 130,000mt/year

WELLHEADS, TREES, VALVES & BOP’s
Calvert Group manufactures and provides a broad
range of API-6A finished and semi-finished wellheads,
trees, valves and BOP.
API-6A gate valves are stocked in bore sizes ranging
from 1-13/16 thru 20” and in working pressures from
2,000 PSI thru 15,000 PSI; and in hand wheel operated,
ball screw operated and hydraulically actuated
configurations. To complement the large bore high
pressure valves used primarily in FRAC operations
Calvert Group stocks goat heads and related FRAC
equipment.
We provide customers with the convenience of one
stop shopping by maintaining a large inventory of API-
6A components and accessory items that are listed on
the 2010 products sheet.
"Wellhead Express" Pre Built Systems enable customers
to deploy equipment directly to the Wellsite from
Calvert massive stocking facilities in Belgium and US.
Calvert also provides Complete Well Packages and
customers with engineering and manufacturing services
to deliver custom solutions meeting specific end user
requirements.
