Staff members were encouraged to explore the way they perceive themselves, as well as their col- leagues around them. When the libraries reopened on Fri., Feb. 22, our wonderful ACDL staff was recharged and ready to joyfully serve our diverse patron base. During 2019, staff members will connue to dis- cover their strengths/talents so as to become even beer at what they do best.
