NAPPS Preventive Maintenance Program Goals

and Objectives • Maintain all HVAC/R equipment at peak physical

and operational condition to:o Minimize unexpected and lengthy down timeo Keep equipment operating at highest

potential efficiency• Identify service and maintenance issues in

advance of failure• Identify equipment replacement needs for

reliability and/or economic reasons• Measure and log HVAC/R equipment operating

conditions

repair records• Identify and number all HVAC/R equipment

described in scope of work• Communicate with Your Company’s

representative througho Open and timely dialog relating to ongoing

• During Preventative Maintenance activity, Your Company’s representative will be notified of any malfunctions that are identified and a Repair Work Order will be initiated if authorized.
